I loved this game trailer, I remember smashing that replay button over and over again back when it premiered. The Evil Within is in my opinion the best survival horror game of the past generation.
I like how they announced it for release in 4 months. I hate how studios announce a game that won't be ready for years to come. The waiting ruins the impact that these trailers have.
Unpopular opinion: This game series is almost (if not just) as good as The silent hill games. It really blows that the second game flopped commercially so they probably won't make another. Lets hope Microsoft has enough faith in the series to make a third one
@@nmartell1007 it flopped massively. the release window was terrible, the competition between other games was very tough. They had a delay with the release too making it worse. If I’m aware Evil with 2 only managed to get 1/5 the sales as Evil within 1.

I remember being so hyped for this and I loved the trailer so much, but a part of me was really sad. I wanted to see Ruvik, Leslie, and Joseph again. Just once.
He was a fun archetype in the first game but in the second, he became an actual character. And while I preferred his voice actor, I still got swept in the emotion of his story in the second. Those last two levels were frickin' moving as hell.

The game is so beautiful and to reiterate other comments, this is how a trailer should be. It's like a music video and it gives me chills even now! Cudos all round for Evil Within

I'm bummed how they didn't follow up with the first games ending though. Like Ruben is basically still around in anothers body and gosh who knows what this guy is doing while 2 plays out. Also Joseph basically being still missing and Sebastian trusting Juli a bit too easily after what happened

Such a Great sequel. Really broke of the boundaries of the classic Survival Horror games with its level design and had so many cool spooks and thrilling moments. After the disapointment that the first game was for me i am glad to say this became propably my favourite Survival Horror game. Up there with Resi 4.
Watching this again after hearing the news about Tango Gamework's closing. Knowing that we won't see the continuation of this epic master piece. Fuck I'm sad.

I’m trying to guess the story of tew 3 where stem is still running and Ruvik is still THERE. Myra is alive and ruvik has her power as the core. Sebastian goes in once again because he discovers his wife is still there, he wants his family back.. surprise .. Josef is there as well, he found Sykes who failed to go back. They were both lost in the depth of stem... Seb tries to save them all, and on the way down he faces all of the nightmares again, Stefano, Theodor, Ruvik, Myra the monster, and every single demon he ever faced as laura, the keeper, the guardian, and Anima who is the depth of his fears.. Seb manages to get out of Stem somehow, saving Josef, Sykes and Myra, and getting his life back, with stem down once and for all ... I know I went too far but I really like this scenario lol
I don't know why after watching this trailer i just want to cry because its so good and gave me another reason to live 😭😭 I love the trailer seriously can't wait to play this game

Such a Great sequel. Really broke of the boundaries of the classic Survival Horror games with its level design and had so many cool spooks and thrilling moments. After the disapointment that the first game was for me i am glad to say this became propably my favourite Survival Horror game. Up there with Resi 4.

I remember the EXACT day this game came out and my hype for it! To this day still one of ny favourite games ever, wish we could see a third game, never say never!
I’m trying to guess the story of tew 3 where stem is still running and Ruvik is still THERE. Myra is alive and ruvik has her power as the core. Sebastian goes in once again because he discovers his wife is still there, he wants his family back.. surprise .. Josef is there as well, he found Sykes who failed to go back. They were both lost in the depth of stem... Seb tries to save them all, and on the way down he faces all of the nightmares again, Stefano, Theodor, Ruvik, Myra the monster, and every single demon he ever faced as laura, the keeper, the guardian, and Anima who is the depth of his fears.. Seb manages to get out of Stem somehow, saving Josef, Sykes and Myra, and getting his life back, with stem down once and for all ... I know I went too far but I really like this scenario lol
