I bought it 3 days ago and I’ve only run into 2 glitches. None of which were game breaking. Same thing with dying light 2. I bought that months ago and hated it. But slowly but surely Techland is earning my respect back. CD Projekt has a lot of work to do but I truly believe they’ll bounce back. Before Cyberpunk they were one of the most respected devs. They won’t tarnish that reputation. Plus how could I hate Cyberpunk 2077 when my experience has been wonderful. Especially considering there are zero micro transactions. They could’ve easy packed it full of that but they chose not to
honestly I really like how powerful V is in the trailer, hes powerful in the game sure, having canonically beat adam smasher 1 on 1, but I just love that Dex tried to have him killed and wound up so close to being killed himself.
This V seems too OP for being this early in the game, then again he kinda did wade through Arasaka security forces at Konpeki Plaza with a dying Jackie at this point so maybe not. And I wish we could actually fight back like this in the actual scene. Would also be funny asf seeing late game V who killed Adam Smasher fighting Dex and his bodyguard lol.
For real. Trailer V is so different from in-game V. In-game V is hard at times but is also uncharacteristically feminine in other times-probably due to the fact that the game lets the player customize their character into a woman. It’s such a shame too. Trailer V had rage and passion. In-game V was a tool passed around by all the side-characters and had no agency of his own.
After playing the game and knowing what V went through this scene just hits so hard especially because V can actually fight back which is way better. Need a series with this type of art style because it’s so clean.
The thing about this trailer that gets me is that they told us right from the start of the beginning what was gonna happen to Jackie and they still made us love that big brute.
Definitely, 2077 still isn't an amazing game itself, but its universe is incredible and filled with potential for more shows based on it and sequels that might be better

It was almost like the people in marketing knew how awful the actual events in the game were and needed to make something way cooler - which should have been in the game.
The trailer is a badass, the game is one of my favorite games of all time. I know it had deceptive expectation and the worst releases probably ever. But this is one of the best games I’ve played, honestly. If you look at it year later it does look like a finished product and a great game.
I do like the changes to this scene in the actual game, poor T-Bug doesn't make it to that scene, she took a big L for the team, sounds like she got hit with Synapse Burnout. I like that version of the story better because it leaves T-Bug as an ally instead of someone who turns against you when you turn in the chip. It makes the entire mission more heart wrenching, because not only do you lose Jackie, you also lose T-Bug.
This is basically how the prologue would go if V grinded for 50 hours and completed all the gigs before even talking to Dex. Mantis blades, samurai jacket...
i like how in this trailer you never lose sight of V's face. he's nearly always in the center of the shot, which really makes you feel for him. every step of the way you are taking in his expressive reactions. really should be a film/series

Really, cause I’m playing it right now and the core systems of the game are constantly broken. Like sneaking through the mall, killing the enemies and then they respawn right beside me and make me reload 15 minutes back. Traffic collision is basically non existent. The entire aldecaldos camp not spawning in so the people are floating in mid air and sitting on non existent chairs. This, and much more, all happened to me in the last week. The ray tracing on their floating bodies looked magnificent though.
You guys must be the luckiest people on planet earth. Played it my first time on PC two months back and I found more bugs than I can count. Still a good game though
Really wish this mission had a double outcome. - You get out without firing a shot: Dex is friendly and double crosses you to keep the chip and save some cash - You get out guns blazing: Dex is angry and shoots you to remove any witnesses.

As frustratingly linear as the game turned out to be, it's hard to even call it a roleplaying game. I really was hoping they'd adapt the Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop RPG more faithfully. At least there's mods.

I just bought this game yesterday, I do like it so far. What captivates me most is the uninspiring, chaotic, run-down, depressed, yet delightfully hopeless feel of Night City. I also have to give it to the voice acting and the graphic quality of the game. It is absolutely brilliant. I do understand that this game took an eternity to be released and although I was not one of those people that was waiting around waiting for its release, I am glad I bought it and I can see why the anticipation was felt. I play this game on my PC with an RTX 3080 & an Intel 12900k CPU.
You wouldnt have been happy if you ourchased it at launch, fans say it was the most disastrous thing theyve ever seen, so many glitches and bugs it was insane though overtime they fixed like 95% of the things that mads cyberpunk wrong, and i think 100% of the glitches and bugs, thats some dedicated effort

I like this V better. In game he was a total downer to Jackie during this mission for trying to spin positive to keep calm in a bad situation. The dialogue options didnt even give much of a choice.
I'm sooo glad I didn't see this, I just recently started playing (I bought it day 1, played for 5 minutes, never touched it again. Decided to buy Phantom Liberty 2 weeks ago and check it out 3 years later)I cried when I played it because I really felt Jackie was my friend. I thought he would be there until the end. I hadn't felt that in a while, this game is one of the best games I've ever played

An utter masterpeice of a game. Sad they'll be no more content for it, Phatom liberty was bussin. I'll play this game long into the future tho. Still the best looking game as of Oct 2023.
The actual intro to Johnny was better. The biochip was just starting to rewire V's brain. Silverhand needed some time to materialize. But Jonny's wake-up quote could happen in another part of the game when V is knocked unconscious again. Oda's fight could be divided in two parts. V loses the first one and is presumably killed. Johnny wakes him and we finish Oda later in the game.
Crazy to see all the little changes they made. Like how Tbug was still alive and I think V might have had a different voice actor or he just sounds a lot different years later. R.I.P Jackie great merc and an even greater man.
Lowkey wish that they would’ve given us a fighting chance against Dex. I really wish what happened in the trailer actually happened in the game. It would’ve been so much more satisfying

I just bought this game yesterday, I do like it so far. What captivates me most is the uninspiring, chaotic, run-down, depressed, yet delightfully hopeless feel of Night City. I also have to give it to the voice acting and the graphic quality of the game. It is absolutely brilliant. I do understand that this game took an eternity to be released and although I was not one of those people that was waiting around waiting for its release, I am glad I bought it and I can see why the anticipation was felt. I play this game on my PC with an RTX 3080 & an Intel 12900k CPU.
You wouldnt have been happy if you ourchased it at launch, fans say it was the most disastrous thing theyve ever seen, so many glitches and bugs it was insane though overtime they fixed like 95% of the things that mads cyberpunk wrong, and i think 100% of the glitches and bugs, thats some dedicated effort
@@nicolae-alexandruluca7853 Definitely not 100% of the bugs and glitches. But that's not a thing any video game achieves so it's not a condemnation of the game, especially considering how big it is and how much content there is. That said, yeah it's infinitely better than it was at launch.
I like this V better. In game he was a total downer to Jackie during this mission for trying to spin positive to keep calm in a bad situation.
The dialogue options didnt even give much of a choice.

The actual intro to Johnny was better. The biochip was just starting to rewire V's brain. Silverhand needed some time to materialize. But Jonny's wake-up quote could happen in another part of the game when V is knocked unconscious again. Oda's fight could be divided in two parts. V loses the first one and is presumably killed. Johnny wakes him and we finish Oda later in the game.
