This was super helpful thank you!! I just got my transfer acceptance to U of T and am currently at a small school so knowing that they do have similar resources still open to students at a much bigger school is definitley going to help in decision making. Also love how thorough you were in explaining each one, super helpful!
Hi how do you fund your education in Toronto. Do the university have any scholarships or grants. can you please walk me through the tution fee and how students pay for it
Just go to Frosh, I met some of my closest friends there and also got directed to the right direction and now I work for a handful of profs despite the heavy competition for those positions.
thank you for this! i'm going into my senior year of hs, and i'm considering applying to uoft, but the thought of uni seems both scary and exciting. You've reassured me and helped me gain a more positive outlook on uni life in general and i'm not even halfway through the video yet 😭❤
@@bunbun2001 hi! it went well! it was a little terrifying applying at the beginning, but it gets better. id recommend applying as early as possible to save you the stress in senior year, and so that youll know which uni your going to before you graduate. its easy to get caught up in uni prep but do enjoy senior year as much as possible!
just got into u of t as an international student!! ive been really nervous because ive never been in such a big and populated country/uni, but this vid really helped :D thank uu!!
Gurl thank you so much for this vid. I finally committed to uoft, and one of the reason is this vid. I’ve heard so many negative things about uoft, but im so excited now💙
your comment about frosh is so valuable. for anyone heading into any uni, sign up for frosh! even if you aren't sure, you will meet so many cool people. great vid as always
Great video and see that you know Nicole In! Sadly Innis Cafe is closing though with the Innis renos. I also love the MSB bamboo garden too. Hope you'll keep making UofT vlogs!
thank you so much for this video! all the information was super helpful and I really appreciate your positive attitude because it’s so stressful constantly seeing everyone complaining about how depressing uoft is. I was also hoping if you could answer a question of mine! can a utm student access all the clubs and resources mentioned or are they only for st. george students?
Of course! Glad this video could be helpful :) I believe they can! For example, as a UTSG student I know I'm able to book tennis courts at UTM, so I believe that it would go both ways for resources in general!

The video is amazing and I love it. I'm moving to Toronto in a couple of months and thinking of joining at Scarborough campus. Which campus are you in and majoring in what?
thank you so so much for this. i just accepted my offer a couple days ago, and this made me feel better. but, i might take a gap year. have you met anyone who’s taken a gap year and if so, have they regretted it?
ayyy congrats!! yes! I have tons of friends who’ve taken gap years and they’ve never regretted it! In fact, they’ve always come back from their gap year having learned SO much :).
hey!! my gpa in grade 11 was 2.79 in 4 scale and i m currently in grade 12 and i'm expecting to get 3.92 gpa and i have 5-6 eca activities??do u think i can apply to UofT IN ST.GEORGE campus taking as computer science in my bachelor ???also should i join SAT and TOEFL to go there??????also i want to get scholarship there......ps:i'm international student with a middle class family
Im trying to decide between UNC- chapel hill, McGill & UfT for Life Sciences. At McGill, I was accepted both at the downtown campus in BSc Bio, Biomed, Life Sci & at Macdonald Campus BSc Ag/Enviro, where I can also study life sciences. caveat: I would have to go to Mac campus because I can’t afford the downtown program - which I don’t really mind because there are pros & cons to each campus and I’d move downtown then shuttle btwn campuses my second yr. Ultimately, I want to focus on biochemistry with an environmental undertone & minor in Poli Sci. Does anyone have advice on which school to choose?
I really need your help, is doing masters in uoft better than york uni?? i’ve heard pretty bad reviews about york uni so i just needed your opinion about it.
