I’m glad I stumbled over this video! I’ve been researching a lot about UofT Colleges for a fictional book I’m currently writing but the internet seems to lack information about it. Thank you so much for this!
No! No!! This is the best College video orientation I have ever seen on TH-cam. You deserve a 🖐🖐🖐🖐🖐. This is amazing. Just that I don't know the college to choose after watching the video😂😂.
I feel like the girl who is completely clueless about the colleges and ended up picking one based on the colour green lol. "I hope I'll be in there.... I'll veto if i'm not" lmao
loved the video!! dope b-roll and insane editing bro, im def gonna check out a bunch of these buildings :)) + i know you gave woodsworth that special treatment LOLL
Yeah I'm from Woodworth and they definitely have NOT promoting the services available enough. There should be some regular email push that tell you that you could actually book some appointment with writing center or academic supervisor about specific topic or learning resources. But there isn't. I also see New College has dedicated Maths & Stats learning sessions where senior students will take you through some topics and help you.
can u pls make a video about daniels building next time? bcos it’s hard to find infos about architecture or engineering on u of t sincs it’s mostly these colleges, thank u!
I hope he means modernization regarding accessibility and tech upgrades, not the buildings themselves, because those historical buildings look awesome, while the modern ones look all copy & paste with no identity.
good question! The answer is no - while colleges do include which residence you live in (if you choose to live on res), it's a general classification of which college community you belong to which helps sort out registrar offices, college-specific scholarships, graduation cohorts, etc.
@@TheBillaroit's a feel thing. Each college has a very different feel and your university experience will feel very very different at each college because each one is very unique. Someone mentioned Harry Potter houses and I would say that is a great analogy.
Literally the best video explaining U of T colleges! Keep doing it man. Editing is on point as well 👌
That means a lot man, appreciate it

Are the colleges only for res students? I'm confused coz the application is telling me to pick one even tho I'm not moving there

i love you bro
so colleges are basically student res buildings 😂
