I make my icecream with full cream, 1/4 ltr, mixed nearly stiff , separate 6 egg whites mixed with 6 bags (8grams each) of vanilla sugar mix it stiff, then gently stir cream and the stiff eggfluff together. To make different tastes: chocolate: with a tablespoon cacao, mixed with a spoonfull of milk, or for mocca: use instant coffee, dissolved in a spoonfull of milk, or strawberry jam. Or a mixed banana. Even some Rum with raisins is nice.. Chocolate sprinkles for strachiattela ice cream. Very nice tips again! Thanks!

A forth tried and true way to open a jar: Turn upside down and gently but firmly bang it three times on a strong counter top. This pops the air bubble inside. The lid will come off with a firm easy twist.

When it comes to strawberries and other berries spoiling fast, it's not just the condensed water but also exposure to oxygen in the air that does it. In America, plastic grocery store berry containers have air vent notches.Therefore, I transfer my berries into an air-tight plastic container before putting them in the fridge. What also helps is putting a new, dry cover on the box after use every time you see condensation on it.
Thanks to your great ice-cream treat ideas when our grand children come at Christmas time there going to have the very best and fun filled different fun time this year. We in New Zealand have summer at Christmas so it works out perfectly thank you so very much. I was getting bored with the old Christmas dinners. Lol bless you ❤❤
