I just love every single thing that I have watched you do! And who would have ever thought of a toothpick between the lid and pan...that was my favorite in this episode! Thank you!
Love your accent! I can’t stop watching your videos.
Tilting the glass before pouring the soda or beer also helps prevent a bunch of foam 😊
I am amazed at the hacks in all episodes. So practical, functional, creative and easy (mostly). The results are very surprising. 👏🏻👏🏻Thank you for sharing your ingenuity. Can’t wait for another episode. 😊

You always have such great hacks! Thank you very much sir! ❤
Enjoy watching it!
Your hacks are so super awesome 👌👏thanks greetings from USA 🇺🇸have a happy day 😊🎉
Hi! Thank you!
Don’t pour the greased liquid into the drain. You will clog it. Put it into plastic jar and dispose it as trash.
Glass jar works better.
Clever ideas! Thanks! ❤❤❤
❤
I love these tips! Especially the air fryer cleaning.
I have a cool tip for you when boiling pasta; it always works: to keep a boiling pan from over boiling, lay a wooden spoon across the pan top. I don't know why this works but it does. The only trick is that now it is hard to cover the pot. 😮
Cooking can be full of these little tricks and tips that make life in the kitchen easier. 😉
Can u do this with milk too?
Heating up hot soapy water to clean an air fryer - what an invention! Using a water boiler to heat up your water is much more effectively.
❤
I watch this over and over again❤️The tips are wonderful. He has the most gorgeous hands.
Flattery will get you everywhere! 😄
Good ideas as usual. Thanks
Take advantage in your kitchen!🤗
Loved the toothpick hack and also liked the last hack with squeezing out the tomato paste from the aluminium packet! Great ideas!
👍👍
to stop boiling over, you can simply lay a wooden spoon over the pot. to empty out little bags of mayonaise or tomato paste, take a fork, and put the bag between the teeth, and move to the opening. Completely empty and no dirty fingers
These are excellent tips! Happy cooking! 🍲🍽️😊
Meanwhile you’re steaming up the kitchen
Putting a wooden implement over a pot of boiling potatoes has never worked for me. What am I doing wrong.
Spoon over the pot doesn't prevent overflow
Your hacks are amazing! I am going to the kitchen right now, to try the lemon hack.
That's fantastic to hear! 🍋👨🍳😊
The hollow pastry was great, I can’t wait to try that.
It would be great at half the height for smaller servings; just cut your snake in two and wind the second one on with a little space between them.
Why haven't I figured it out myself? So good idea by you! (The ice cream trick)
😁👍
I like the toothpick under the lid for draining hack, but I was really impressed with your shirt napkin ❤
She really is amazing!
Love it.all hacks are amazing.
I eat ice cream all seasons of the year.
I liked your idea of making portions by adding sticks and cutting the ice cream cup.❤
🍦❤️ Enjoy ice cream all year round😄
Great hacks Chef! I was thinking about an air fryer but the clean up seemed daunting, but your hack was pretty cool. Hugs from Texas🤠
Air fryers have turned out to be a huge electrical danger. They will soon phase out as quickly as lithium batteries.
@@joncampos-cw2tk In what way, exactly? Is it intrinsic to the appliance, or is it a problem of improper use?
@@chezmoi42 Not quite sure which. I’ve heard about them igniting because they’re just too hot when they’re working.
We say hello to the viewers from Texas!🤠🍽️🤗
@@joncampos-cw2tk From what I saw when I looked it up, the problems generally arise if they are placed too close (less than 6") from the wall or in an enclosed space (like an appliance garage or small nook); if they are placed so that the air vents can blow on the plug and overheat it; or if they are used with an extension cord. People need to use good sense with any electrical appliance, yes, but they have been extensively tested and generally would not spontaneously combust, any more than a toaster oven would.
I love all your handy tips! Thank you for your fine channel. Your explanations and demonstrations are so clear and helpful. 😁
Happy cooking, and here's to many more culinary adventures together! 😁
I never had used that way of portioning ice cream. Much better.
Enjoy your ice cream! 😊🍦
Wow, who would’ve thought that a slicer could be used for more things than an egg? Brilliant lol.
😎
😂😂😂😂
Now I might actually buy an egg slicer - seeing more uses. I never owned 1 before. Lots of Good ideas!

Thank you for your review!
Love the toothpick trick to drain cooking liquid! The way I tried I usually get too much steam and it gets too hot for my arms. I also like the idea about ice cubes in the boiling water to keep it from boiling over I've tried everything else I've ever seen such a pretty good wooden stick across the Potter in the pot and it never works I will definitely be trying ice cubes next time! Thanks for the tips I know I'll be trying some of the others also, as always I enjoy watching your videos!❤❤❤❤❤
As a diabetic I don't eat ice cream all the time but I do like some once in awhile that was a cool tip also

😁I only eat ice cream when I get the notion or craving.
Add: you can just place a wooden spoon on th edge of the pot to keep it from boiling over also. ❤️
Great hack!
I think your tips are great especially the chips basket. Keep up your good work🏆
Thank you so much! 🌟
Love the hacks!❤❤
❤
Only in the summer. Super cool video!
🌝
I’m such a fan of this channel!
❤
Good hacks.
1. I like the one about lemons, the hint about baking pastry dough around a foil mould, and many others.
2. We live in Canada, we eat icecream all year round, even if it is 30 below freezing.
My girlfriend from Mexico was incredulous that we eat icecream in winter, thinking if would make one catch a cold.
3. Regarding cleaning the air fryer. It is good to use parchment perforated with holes, it does take up most grit and oils. Also any baked on foods should ideally be soaked in very cold water with some dish soap. (Anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour). This applies to any baked on goods in pots, pans, dishes. Amazingly, (depending on how long one does not wash their appliance basket) the greasy stuck on byproducts will be easy to removed with a wash. Only after an initial washing (make sure to not let grit go down kitchen sink, use a strainer and dispose accordingly.
Then once the main grit and sticky is gone, wash with hot water. I have glass casserole dishes for over 30 years, some over 40 years, look almost brand new with this method.
If it is a tough baked on several times over, let it sit long. Sometimes overnight. But if one washes their baskets each time, it is only a 2 minute soak at most, this should solve the nasty greasy left baked on grit.
Sometimes cleaning can be a daunting task, but your tips will definitely help make the process easier.
@@WebspoonWorld Thank you. Yours too!
You are brilliant!
Can’t eat Ice Cream but I do like the Pot-lid Tomato paste Sachet press, the Foil-lined carton baking loaf pan (I have Pineapple Juice in such a carton), the egg-slicer hacks, the Pop-less-bubbles-Settling hack, the fork & spoon Tongs & especially the Lemon Squeezing hack! ❤
Happy cooking (and squeezing lemons)! 🍋
Chef Alex, Your awesome ! 😁💜

just found this channel. COOL IDEAS!
Welcome to the kitchen party! 🎉
You are so very clever! Thank you for sharing with us.
You're very kind!
Hello, Thank you for your great hacks!,..I have one that you might decide to incorporate at some time. My parents owned a restaurant in which we served pasta dishes. Another restaurant owner visiting the area told us something we were doing wrong when we were cooking pasta it was overdone so it became very starchy and sticky. In visiting other people's houses that served pasta very often they would have a big amount of it in a bowl and you were to take some to put on your own plate. Often there was a big ball of sticky product.
The other restaurant owner told us that we would need to take a big container of cold water when the pasta was just about done and add it to the pot which would bring the temperature down enough that it wouldn't continue to cook in a big because of the high temperature, yet it was still very hot.
then we would just put it into a strainer and let it strain once not adding any more water to rinse it. We started to get many more comments of how good our pasta was. Both the taste and the texture.
Thank you for sharing your pasta cooking tip! It's great to hear that this technique has improved the texture and flavor of your pasta dishes at a restaurant. 🍝👩🍳👨🍳
I LIKE IT SO MUCH ❤ 😅all year round❤

I am addicted to this channel now
Loved the hacks. Ice cream roll and and the air fryer .. Napkin holder
😊🍦🍽️
Very clever! Thanks!
😊😊😊
I love how succinctly your videos are presented. Videos that make me watch the presenter slice multiples of each ingredient can be excruciatingly boring. Your recipes are wonderful and your videographer is very talented, along with your gymnastics with the ingredients. Your set is very clean and accents the colors and shapes of your ingredients. Your videos are my favorite of all the cooking shows. Thank you! I live in Eugene, Oregon USA
⁰₩))
hey fellow Oregonian, I am from Salem... always in my heart =) but now living across the pond in Portugal
We are very pleased to hear that you appreciate the concise and engaging presentation of the videos. Eugene, Oregon is a beautiful place, and we're happy to have viewers from all over the world. 🌎🍽️😊
If only someone could invent a knife.
I thought the ice-cream tub WAS a single portion 😆
I use the wooden spoon trick to prevent the pot from boiling over. You place a wooden spoon across the top of the pot. The foam breaks when it touches the spoon and prevents it from boiling over.
That's a great tip! 😊🥄
Oh my !!! The egg slicer for so many things!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉
