I just used plain distilled vinegar, canola oil and cold 2% milk. I decided not to use sugar. Turned out great! Thank you for this recipe! I feel so proud to have made MAYONAISE from scratch with NO EGG! So healthy!

Made two batches, one was thick like mayo, the other was a bit watery. I think you might need to use cold milk and /or milk that has high fat content. full fat milk and make sure the brand of milk is known to have thick fat flavour.

Yes the same mistake i have done earlier. Instead of mixing it for a longer time mix it for maximum 2 to 3 minutes.. Not more than that. Due to the vinegar, the whole thing will start releasing water.
if its watery condition you can use thick milk and don't over beat just pulse it 10-20 sec or if it is little thick you need more thick you can add little more 1 tbsp oil to thick it.
make sure all ingredients room temperature and must add vinegar or lemon juice and use thick milk add oil little by little don't over beat it just pulse grind it these are the key moments. all the best next time it will came out well

1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vinegar
2 pinch of salt
1/2 - 1 tsp of sugar. Mix
