Chris you could win as many Olympias as you want and we all know it. Do it til you’re happy, no pressure. I look forward to seeing you every year but in the end we all just want you to be happy!
One thing I’ve noticed about the prep series is that you can take a life lesson from each episode leading up to the Olympia. But you have to admit that the most consistent lesson I’ve learnt from Chris is self awareness. Can’t wait to see you at the Olympia big dawg, 5x😏
@@zacheryangjiancai532 if youre only training arms directly once a week and using this arm day. then 2 sets per exercise will be plenty. as this will equal 8 sets for biceps and 8 sets for triceps. And if youre training to failure/close to failure that will be plenty.
Whenever you step back and know that there’s people around you that will help you. Take the time to live in the moment and be present is super impactful you go this Chris 🔥

Courtney for the absolute WIN!!!…Definitely make time to read “The One Thing”. It will really assist in your understanding of a number on things e.g. balance vs balancing, will power and how it really works, etc. Some very decent frameworks and models in there.
This CBUM talk is just How I feel, some reasons ofc are way different than him, but the way he feels about himself It describes How I'm feeling, since the sleep, the thoughts, the rush, the self private time. i really need to hear this, thank you Chris ❤
I am glad to see what you have done with your life Chris, I am kind of like you, I do have OCD but it is one of my strong points and the issue of getting narrow and closing up, yes, it happens to me too. A curse can be a blessing too, the easiest solution to having a higher quality of life is simplicity and this is what bodybuilding has taught me, our meals are shitty but you have no idea how much stress relief one gets from eating simplified meals with a plan as well as prepping ahead of time.
Hey Chris, you said, that you have debilitating headaches. You probably know most of what I am going to say, but if there is only a small chance, that it might help you, then its worth it. Firstly, you should try supplementing with the right magnesium form and either sodium or potassium. When you are depleting your glycogen stores through hard dieting, you become extremely susceptible to electrolyte imbalance. Secondly you should pay attention, if your headaches increase while training. If so, then try weighted neck exercises in a stretched position, to decrease muscular tension, especially if you have problems with sleep apnea. Also try to reduce muscular tension in your jaw muscles. „tightness“ in this area can have a profund impact. Thirdly, try reducing your vasodilation/ increase vasoconstriction. Leave away the pump formula or at least arginine and citrulline. If you are already taking high amounts of magnesium try reducing that aswell. And think about your super supplementation and its impact on vasodilation. Curcumin is vasoconstriction as well and caffeine only when tired (otherwise vasodilating). Fourthly try reducing inflammation and stress. You have most likely already tried a lot, so i will not go into more detail, but especially make sure your omega 3, AS WELL AS OMEGA 6 are not low, while in a proper ratio. Lastly, you should make sure, that your estrogen levels are not to low. I don’t know a lot about the effects of super supplementation, but if you are suppressing your estrogen to much, it can lead to severe headaches as well. Ps: forgot about prober posture. Having a bad posture can in extreme cases decrease blood flow to the brain. This is also the hardest to fix.
Surprised you don’t have music playing or headphones, I can definitely squeeze out 10% more or so whether cardio or lifting with the right music…typically trance, but it’s cool those fans cause like a calming brown noise effect
I love looking at your vlogs and just how you live and I’m slowly learning from you everyday and growing more knowledge in health just in general. Life is short game, don’t rush it. Appreciate you so much Chris. keep shredding lol

A saying that goes with that one thing book that i think makes a lot of sense is that we are juggling glass balls and rubber balls constantly in life. The glass balls are the essentials like family and health and whatever else you would put in that category. If you drop the glass balls they break but there are rubber balls things that you can live without that you can let fall and still pick back up.
