I don't know if this video could ever be recreated with another song or a different editor or a different voice, you've just found the perfect combination to show off your voice. I love it.
Haunting does not come close to describing the effect your voice and the guitar accompaniment have on my psyche. You seem to find the perfect approach on each of your covers. I often wish the songs would go on all night so I could not have to come back to reality.
Wow! You totally nailed this! You even put that pitch bending chord in there @ the end. I've not heard much of Nancy Sinatra, but I love her version of this song. That's partly because of "Kill Bill" & partly that smooth jazz guitar sound. By the way, that red lipstick is a nice touch too!

I was around when Nancy did her version, it was good but overproduced, so I am actually quite familiar with the song. My preference is for musical purity, I don't feel any alliance to any particular version, regardless of who sang it.

I have listened to this so many times! This is, by far, the best cover I have heard of this song. I may even like it better than the original, but I can't quite decide. I like that you didn't mess with the meter very much, but kept it moving without dramatic pauses. This song relies on steady pacing that other covers destroy by adding long spaces between phrases. Also, your cosplay for this is wonderful! Nancy Sinatra style looks good on you.
Coool! Your vocals and this song mesh beautifully, Ms. Sinatra would’ve love it. Now I’ve heard this track since it first came out and the version you used was in the movie Kill Bill. But I can see a snarl deep inside you that is burning in you, that the second half of this song should have had, and explosion, a pow, a bang, a wow of uncontainable energy and up the tempo change leading towards the songs conclusion, draining you of all your strength having just shot your man down.
That is a great rendition of this song. Very minimalist style; the guitar has just enough accent to support your wonderful singing. Bravo!
