The hammock overlooking the entire house is easily my favorite feature.
The cost is roughly estimated at around Php 900K.

I loved the aesthetics design elements & color palate of this house. So fresh & airy. Perfectly executed. I love the small room for a child. It could be turned into any room it could even be a deck. Love it😍. I could live there now. A pool & solar panels definitely a plus! Bravo amigo 👏👍👍👍👍👍

Amazing design! Generally, I like the way you design that lovely house. I like the hammock, too! But, I see a little space is wasted under stair. And with the two bedroom like that, I think parents and their child will not have completely private room.
My thoughts are the same. Its a lovely design but need a little bit more storage space and privacy. Under stairs will be great for great for extra storage and perhaps a bifold glass door for the main bedroom that you can open and close to create more privacy but with an airy feel to it

No me gustó la presentación,la habitación matrimonial tiene la misma salida que la otra habitación??,y la habitación que sería para un hijo tiene una semi pared si es pequeño se cae,no cierra por ningún lado.
Lol no privacy for the adults? The child is going to be scarred for life if there's no division there.
Love this design but I would prefer a dirty kitchen/laundry area instead of a swimming pool.

Very nice; two bedroom tiny house, my favorite's were the upstairs lofts areas.😘 ↗If were interested in buying a house I would prefer a treehouse instead of swimming pool, but, maybe a small outside jacuzzi would be nice and a treehouse.😘

What's with the creative stupidity of the children's bedroom on the second floor?! The size of the children's room correspond to the toilet, there are no windows in this room! But there is a second room with a hammock instead of part of the ceiling and a low ceiling! This nightmare corresponds to a children's playground, but not to an apartment building!

ilang square metre po ang lot nya? Paano po malalaman gaano kalaki ang 5x7? Salamat po sa sasagot
91sqm po yung lot. I suggest po, pakicheck na lang yung sukat kung may metro po kayo sa bahay para makita nyo po exactly kung gaano kalaki ang 5x7 meters.
