The colors and materials used in the design are nice, bedrooms have good storage. But coming from a user point of view, the kitchen is a let down. I would rather use the space under the stairs to make a bigger kitchen. Its nice to see some greenery but if its hidden under the stairs it becomes pointless in my opinion. I dont know what those tall cabinets in the dining area are for but they look awkward and an eye sore. If the purpose is for storage I will put a sideboard or go for a full cupboard covering the entire wall rather than two pieces that dont match and awkwardly standing there. I would eliminate that sitting area upstairs and use that space to make the bedroom next to it bigger or the bathroom 🤔 Im not sure it’s comfortable to sit in a small space with a wall right infront of your face 😬

I agree with your suggestions from a working perspective and to add to your comment I would open the front area up by relocating the kitchen from the back of the home to the front, and place the sleeping area to the back of the home. I realize that this is not convenient for plumbing but would allow for a more open concept

Eu colocaria uma despensa e adega embaixo da escada. Colocaria o armario da lavanderia sob a máquina , abriria a parede da lavanderia com o corredor, fechava do outro lado, aumentaria o banheiro de baixo invertendo o chuveiro para onde está o vaso e colocaria a pia dentro do mesmo pois aumentaria o tamanho tirando a parede de vidro da lavanderia. Colocaria mais armarios na sala de jantar.

It's very nice but I think there should be some type of wall or screened area for the washer and I didn't see a second bathroom or a drain for the water In the 1st bathroom

A lot of space wasted under the stairs, a useless bedroom on the ground floor that will never work, a sofa facing a wall….who the hell designed this thing? Worst layout I saw in quite a while. This may be ok for Barbie, but not for humans.

No proper entrance. Space under stairs wasted. Bathroom poorly designed. Second floor hallway space bad design. Outdoor laundry has no sink. This designer never lived in a home. I've seen many 3d renders. They are just design exercises. Not livable.
