Amazing how it’s tiny, but the use of space is just right. The potential of this layout, I’m thinking, can work for a small coffee shop too, just need to make the bathroom accessible. Very inspiring. Thanks.

Я спочатку був такої думки як ви і мені дуже сподобався проект, але те, що гарно намальовано не значить, що буде практичним в використанні. Потім я взяв калькулятор в руки оскільки в проекті не вказані висоти. Мінімальна висота першого поверху 2.2 (м.) перекриття приблизно 0,2 (м.) виходячи з проекту отримуємо: висота сходинки 0,266(м.) ширина сходинки 0,183(м.) . Рекомендують не робити сходи вищими за 0,2 (м.) і вужчими за 0,23 (м.), бо дорослий чоловік не зможе безпечно спускатись такими сходами. Також не забуваємо про довжину сходинки в 0,55 (м.) віднімаємо перило 0,05 (м.) по цім сходам буде страшно і небезпечно ходити.
Але в цьому проекті можна взяти для себе гарні ідеї і так він насправді надихає.
а холодильник шириною 36 см. взагалі мене насмішив. Це проект це робота художника а не інженера.

Love the overall design. With someone who is 5 foot 2, I might not even need to crouch on the loft. The pool I didn't really like its nice and fits the compact space but it is more of a large tub than a functional pool.

Everything is possible with this architect!!!
In my case, perhaps I just need a van to store and interchange my needs according to seasonal changing.

Beautiful layout. You could fit a queen size bed in one of the lofts (possibly extend the loft out a bit more for extra space) add a sliding door on both of the lofts for a double deck with railing around, and add a soaker tub to the shower.
Soaker tub? no way.. what they call a pool is actually a jacuzzi, you can soak there

This is the first house design I've seen with an outdoor dining area. It might not be usable during bad weather, depending on where you live. Since I didn't see any closet space for the bedrooms, I feel like this might be better as a temporary home for people who don't have mobility issues.
Or a vacation house.
It's natural in some areas in our country, our country is a tropical we have rainy days, in this problem you can use tarp or native bamboo roll at the open area for protection, but you'll not be needing this unless there's a storm or a heavy rain.. Regarding the closet space, i put some pull out drawers underneath the study table and under the bed, see this part 5:12 and 6:10 . Thank you

The longest lasting roof shingles are slate (>100 years), clay or cement tile (50-100 years), and standing-seam metal (30-50 years). The most common and affordable roof shingles are composite asphalt (15-40 years). Some of the best composite shingle brands are Malarkey, IKO, Owens Corning, TAMKO, Atlas, CertainTeed, and GAF.
But for this design, I used a rib type roof, because it is cost effective. It is popular here in the Philippines.

Very nice modern tiny house! Can you please make another one with that design of kitchen and living room but have 3 bedrooms? I just love the kitchen that is accessible to the pool outside. But, please a functional living room that turns to be a dance studio with a big mirror because I love to dance too. But if possible with a roof deck for night stargazing and chilling.Thank u😊😍
