The police at Bridge Camp police station in the Eastern Cape, near Cofimvaba are compelled to use bushes to relieve themselves because their toilets stopped working . The engine that pumps the water into the tank so that they can utilize it for domestic use, broke over five years ago. The toilet system has collapsed and they have no other choice but to expose their lives to thugs, snakes and other dangers in the bush when nature calls.
