fresh cheese is like ricotta in Italy, twarog in Poland, tvarog in Russia, cottage cheese is good to add to feta filling, I did already and is perfect

Way too much oil, not everyone can handle all those calories. Yes, i get it, it is greek/Mediterranean. I would love to make a version with less oil calories.
