@@warlordmel You need to email the support if they can please delete the connection to the scooter from the database then you need to send the scooter id and the purchase agreement and they will delete the scooter from the other account and you can then register the scooter in your account. Hi, once change the small board, you cannot connect application. because Bluetooth connectivity only can with original board. Solution- You can ask to any electronic technician to move screen(Display) to the previous board
I just send to the shop and it charged me RM200 lol to change the computer box and meter without explain to me. They just changed and charged. Feel cheated bcs just bought the scooter from the shop and try few times only before it's turn into error code
Hey @@MrAwesome1083 ..change the location to Russia. Then you will be able to connect to it. Else, you'll have to go to Xiaomi wherever you reside. They'll charge you to reset it so the other user is removed and you can get connected.
It took me so long to find a video with this information because I bought mine second hand and it did not come with a manual! You are awesome!!(

Xiaomi Home App. Once you install the app it will detect your turned on scooter. Follow the instructions :)
