Hi, in this video i've tried to explain how you can fix the issue in xiaomi e-scooter regarding bluetooth connection with the error showing device paired by another user, unpair first ...... hope it helps

I have been using my NILOX m1 scooter and I haven’t been able to take it to 25km just gear 1 & 2 and the 3 is blurred I can’t switch to 3 also the only app I see is xiamo app and it’s not connect to my scooter. My scooter is just 3days old thank you

Thank you! It worked for me.
Change settings to Russia. This will not delete any devices set to another region so you can change back to another region after you set this. Unfortunately you will have to keep changing to Russia region if you want to see this one.
