So is down air
Yeah, lots of them are similar but there are a few of them that are nearly the same as the original; walk/run/crouch/jump (those are pretty obvious), down smash(?), jab, up tilt, down air, down b, side b, grab, up throw and side taunt.
So it's about 9 moves out of 30+ which is nearly a third of them were pretty close to the original movesets.

Not really. It is remarkable though, that he got the dair right, the grab/upthrow, side B and block placing
So I just counted. You predicted 12 of the 24 moves shown here. On top of that, you predicted he would have a sleeping animation, an eating taunt, and a zombie skin. I also count that you predicted the use of tnt in his moveset (though not in the move it actually was) and that he would be able to use more than one type of block. You sir or madame are absolutely incredible.
those are some big stretches ngl, i'll give you the eating taunt but the sleeping animation was on a taunt here and the tnt in the moveset doesn't count, by that logic he predicted steve's mining, back air, forward air, and dash attack because he used the pickaxe in the pummel

CheesyOnion Nintendo striked a video called: “Megalovania: Super smash Brothers Ultimate” it was a joke video that was just Megalovania but the thumbnail, title, and video said it was from smash. Nintendo thought the person knew sans was a mii costume and had a music track, they also thought the person who uploaded the video were trying to leak it. They also striked mario RPG songs, which is strange because square owns those songs and they did not say anything about smash.

My thought for his neutral b was different. I figured it would be cool to have him brew potions, which would take some time, and then select which potion in the way Shulk chooses his Monado Art.
Final smash should be the ender dragon. Basically Steve turns into a giant ender dragon and behaves like sonics final smash in brawl.
Flys around and creates traps that deal huge damage, finished by a slime block launcher of hell.
