Great video AK. Farsight was as good as I had heard of him to be, and it really stuck out to me how he was always able to pick himself up from his mistakes and keep moving forward. Very human of him I say.
He learns from his mistakes, not a common story thread in 40k.

As farsight sat calmly in his quarters,torchstar knocked.
"Come in." The ancient one spoke politely.
The inpulsive warrior smiled and nodded
"Doing ok after...that?"
"I am but...can i ask you something?"
"Were friends mate,of course." Torchstar remarked innocently.
"If you...survived as long as i have because of this...sword,what would you think is its true nature?"
Torchstar thought carefuly this time,but shruged.
"Beats me. ...your worried something like what happened recently could occur again,arent you."
Farsight nodded and his kind smiled faded, to the look of a tau warrior who saw the horors of the galaxy.
"I am. I dont know if this sword has otherworldly propertys apart from what ive experienced but...i sometimes dream of it...of i as a night unstoppable warrior,carving through armys single handed,drenched in blood...war is nesecary to survive conflict. But the madness beyond...both sickens me and scares me."
The pyromaniac nodded.
"Look commander,im not really into philosophy like some of us or even the humans that live with us but...i think your strong. Your a good friend,a good leader,and more importantly,your not that kind of being now. Maybe its possible but maybe not. We got faith in you and you in us. Maybe you should have faith in yourself." The sub commander spoke surprisingly thoughtful and wise.
The commander nodded.
"I appreciate the words of confidence. Lets go,wouldnt be in good taste if i kept our comrades waiting now would it?"
"Hah,theres the fearless leader at work,see commander,have some faith in yourself!"
"Yes...faith in...myself."
Looking back at the suit,torchstar was wary.
"Commander?"
"Its...nothing. lets go."
I wonder still...why was it that i found this sword. And more importantly...was the dreams i saw just that...or a prelude into something i could not begin to be horrified at...

I listen to a lot of audio books. I have a friend who just happens to be the voice of M&S ladies lingerie. Something like “go on treat yourself”.
Back to this people and I mean all of us don’t get enough praise. I go months without a thank you at work. Sometimes I go the same without even a hug.
I suppose I represent the 35-40 year old men who had a weird time growing up. That which was looked down on when I was ( WHEN I WAS A BOY!!) about 0-14 changed. It was ok to be Gay you didn’t get beaten up (side note I didn’t know I had so many gay freinds. In later life I have bumped into men who sat next to me in class. I was a little shit and I guess I didn’t give them any shit so they felt safe. I was told this by a person I thought hated me. Strange how school is everything and then it’s not. Soo sidetracked they are happily married and happily happy with themselves which is great)

Yea the dawn blade was definitely a khorne vampire blade that was sealed on that planet and it slowly corrupted everything
I found waking up while listening to your voice narratives are quite relaxing. Farsight is one of the most cornerstone of the Tau. Without him the the Tau society would have continued to be destroyed by the corrupt elite class. As Warhammer 40k expands once great enemies unite to fight chaos and the Tirnids.
