Mr. Miller would do well in a locker room during half time when you're down and out. What a speaker. TMC is a magnificent company with some spectacular employees. I've met a several and have yet to be unimpressed. Work ethics and compassion are a great thing. I am set to go to orientation with TMC soon. I am hyped up, a bit scared, but mostly excited. I know what is expected of me, but now I feel closer to Harold himself. His decisions and passion will transpire in my thoughts. I can not wait to see where the future takes me. Thank you for this video and all the others. I've never been so prepared before going into a company.
I drove for TMC 1997-2007. Around 2004 I talked with Harold for about 15min in his office. I told him if I drive a truck I would drive for TMC he smiled and said that's what I want to hear. They don't make them like Harold anymore. TMC their can only be one. I will retire from the state of IN. oct 2022 but I will be 62 yrs old I am also retired from the USN. I want to go back into trucking for 3-5yrs but I just don't know if I am to old to flatbed. Flatbed is not for everyone but if it is for you TMC is the only place to be.
I’m excited. I’ll be there in August. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Awesome presentation. Look forward to my orientation. Go Black N Chrome. 🤗🥰
I was in Training in SC and today day 1 of Sept im dianostic with covid i call to SC school and they didnt care about nobody it just Business company .If you decide to go be carefull and safety to you personal
If Harold sold the Compnay the IRS would have been very Happy ... Many Big Time Investors care mostly about Profits not running the Compnay well and not taking good care of the Emplyees or equiptment.. Globe paving sold the Compnay then slipt much of the Proceeds of long term Emplyees.. the Owner simply didn't need that much money so he split it up amongst Emplyees.. If I recall they didn't get their cash until the retired however..
Always wanted to join TMC, especially flatbed looks cool, but know it’s hard work, I’m working on getting my cdl permit back I let my CDL permit expire 2 times this 3rd time I hope to get, so when should I apply
Never ever drive for TMC. I learned a valuable lesson you will too never driver for TMC they don't give a dam about drivers. Do not drink the TMC Kool-aid they try to sell you.
@@rogerg0834This guy is another looser who was not TMC material. I would have a driver looser call me on the CB and tell me you ain't making no money at TMC. All I ever did was make $ at TMC. Paid off 2 trucks and 1 trailer purchased a nice home. Hell TMC set me up for a great life!!
@@rodleithner7931 Thank you for the info. I am starting CDL school on Monday. 9/11 GI Bill benefits before they expire and I Iose them. Then I plan on calling TMC to learn Flatbed.
Tmc is not a bad company but going with auto trucks is not the way to go you dont have control over truck in snow and you should to move aroind parking lot with out going 5 mph and starting your clock
Look everyone, it's another guy commenting about something he knows nothing about. Mark was an OTR TMC driver for almost 10 years as well as a driver trainer. He's walked the walk.
