I will say hands down TMC honestly never lied when they recruited me. Stayed in 5 star hotel, 3 meals a day during school, rental car to school and rental car to home after school. Truck broke down they got me a rental car from New York to Maryland for weekend. And a rental car back to pickup my truck. They take care of their drivers
@@JCortes001 I wouldn't say that they quit its mostly they get sent home for 1 reason or another. Hi there, I’ve gotten my CDLs a few months ago but never used them. Am I able to still use my CDLs without the experience with TMC. How many time can you take the road test if you fail? And do you guys include the pre trip inspection while testing?
I got two questions first on, is there a cut off point on seasons? like diring winter I'm not sure how iowa's weather is but in know here in indiana we get a good amount of snow and some trucking schools close during the winter. My second question is I never been behind a wheel of a rig nor drove stick yet. Would they teach me how to drive stick? I know from research that tmc is switching to autos I'm ok with that but I just like to have manual endorsement so if I deside to own my own personal truck to use for personal stuff.
Does anyone know if they train you on a manual transmission or an automatic. I know their fleet has both, but I am curious about what they use to train you with.
@@vitaliykorobkov6884 Thanks I am looking to get my cdl license through their program early next year. That was my main reason for asking because I didn't want to have any restrictions on my license.
Manual...so you don't have Restrictions on your license as the fleet has both.i work for tmc if you have any question message me...training is the best i can tell you that.i was trained in de Moines n everything was great there
They train you in a manuel to get your CDL and depending on your trainer when you go over the road you may train in a automatic But tmc is going all automatic in the future and there going to stop training in a manuel eventually
Hello, I would like to say that I want to get a job in your company as a heavy truck driver and have experience in this work for many years to transport heavy equipment and drive long distances and harsh working hours and I am from the country of Iraq and I want to work with tmc Can I get work with you

Hi friend how are you your video message very useful thank you very much God bless you friend
I'm getting getting my CDL but I live South FL, but I'm willing to relocate.
KEEP ON TRUCKING🤠🤠🤠
So, already having a CDL would be perfect, correct? I got it to help father-in-law hauling grain. I have never driven professionaly
Have class a and 25 years class b driving 17 years of thruway. Snow plowing and heavy equipment hauling
Dont walk on the grass. I want to know? How much do you get for tarp pay? Do you get paid extra for making it look gift wrapped?
$25 tarp and $25 un-tarp
You only get paid for driving.
I’m from New York do I get pick which location for training either Iowa or North Carolina I’m highly interested 🤔
Where are the lady drivers?
This video was made pre Covid-19. Can anyone confirm if they still offer this kinda schooling and training during this pandemic?

I wish TMC was hiring NM
If I have my cdl but no experience
How does that work

You train on a manual unless you have a restriction on your license.

Both
I always wanted to do flatbed. But it's hard finding the right company.
Have you found anything yet ?
@@NemecioReyess Nope!
Something is wrong with you if you want to do flat bed and for that you'd be perfect.
Do y’all take Georgia permits or I have wait get my class a license soon 😁😁
That will take any state if that are hiring within the state you live in
Do students train with manual 10 speeds?
In the video the students were driving automatics, but there are still manuals at the company - all 9-speed.
What are the PREREQUISITES for being the perfect candidate with NO EXPERIENCE? ( ie NEVER seen a semi-truck before)
Must be a man, tall and White of neighboring states. Preferably if you went to their school willing to stay with the company for life.
