CNX is really a simple small airport with it’s little quirks. The parking lot situation with moving other people’s cars around is truly a “only in Thailand “ moment 😂. Thanks for the video and shout-out. 🙏🏻.
Hello, Great video ! 2 questions: 1) Do exchange money stores at the airport have good rates ? .. .or should I exchange money in downtown ? 2) Is it easy to catch a Grab at the airport ? Thank you very much.
Hey ur a good man been watching your videos awhile now i want to visit change mai for the first time with 2 toddlers, can u offer advice on finding transport to and from airport and trusted to take us on tours around the country? Its alot to ask but thought id start with you as your so easy to listen to
Great video for my person use when traveling 🧳….. Definitely I’ll be using a taxi 🚖 due to the fact that I’m sure it will benefit myself in best transportation towards my hotel 🏨 stay …. I’ll review this again in September plus I will be in contact because I’ll need info in a good place to (hotel) to stay for my time (catch you in a near future) thanks an keep these important videos rolling, they are greatly appreciated , from Texas USA 🇺🇸
Hi Guys , Thank you for the update on the airport facilities. Please let me know if there is any ride share company which operates at the airport and where is the pick up point. Thank you
CNX has one runway. Expect major problems if there is a runway incident. In the past when I had an international flight out of BKK I always left the day before from CNX. The actual number of regular international flights from CNX is not huge(EVA, China Airlines, Korean, Scoot and the assorted mainland Chines Airlines are the majority of regular flights to international destinations). Air Asia does have some flights to KUL SIN, Vietnam.
Good info to know. Please talk about, or better yet, take a journey on the sleeper train from Chaing Mai back to Bangkok. I think it is the #9 train. I found my flight into Suvarnabhumi ( BKK ) from San Francisco , US ( SFO ) to be far less expensive during my last visit. Thank you
We will be moving there in the near future with 2 dogs and lots of luggage. Should we make arrangements for transportation ahead of time or do you think the taxis at the airport can accommodate us?
Please make a video on the new Chiang Mai international airport (Chiang Mai 2) project. I believe the area to be occupied by the new airport will largely be in Chiang Mai's San Khampaeng District and partly in the neighboring Lampoon Province.
Hello from Canada. I will be going in february for 3 weeks sim card are expensive at the airport can I wait and buy them in town ? where would you suggest a place ?

Airport is good. The taxis are cheap at the airport. I flew in today and used an airport taxi for a 25 minute drive.
Bought a car through Expat Auto yesterday. Your previous vlog helped a bunch. I mentioned you to the owner that I found them through you. 👍🍻🍻
That is awesome! What did you get?
@TheNarrowGate 2013 Toyota Yaris. Runs awesome. Small and zippy, just the type of car we wanted to get to travel around Thailand.
Very informative 🎉🎉🎉
Fantastic video very informative and helpful ❤

The taxi vans at the airport are cheap and comfortable. Around 300 baht for up to at 20 minute ride.

It wouldn't be the first time that I need to walk from left to right or opposite because I was not not clear were I would come out. 😅

Taxi X Grab ?

Taxi is cheap and ready to go. 😊
I remembered walking pass the taxi walking to the corner to get a songthow, still possible. 30-50 baht old city?
Yes. Still an inexpensive way to get around. 😎🇹🇭
Could you let us know which annual sim card plans are you using? Any help much appreciated
Just went on the app and chose one. There is an app for AIS and you can see what specials they have.
