I had one video which has a bitrate 2043, it was not working, its giving error like "ValueError: cannot reshape array of size 18360 into shape (220,newa)", when I have reduced the bitrate to 748 it worked. But by doing this we are reducing the video quality. What to do ? when we have higher quality video? Please suggest simething!
Are you sure you reduced the bitrate only and not width/height? I am not so sure why bitrate would cause problem as it is to do with quality only. Please can you log issue here github.com/OpenTalker/video-retalking/issues
In step 5 I got this response “ python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft store, or disable this shortcut from settings…”
I actually installed higher version of python a while ago But step 5 is giving me a different response now “Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==2.1.2+cu121 (from versions: 2.2.0,2.2.0+cpu,…)” “ no matching distribution found for torch==2.1.2+cu121” I even tried running the commands on anaconda and the response is the same I went ahead and downloaded torch 2.2.0 And the download always breaks at some point both in cmd and anaconda Please what can I do at this point? And maybe make the whole process faster Thanks.

execute the following in command prompt, what does it say
python --version
It’s says
“Python 3.12.5”
