I got most of the A/C system installed - need to get the engine in so I can make up the lines.

This is a major project and I'm jealous, I'd like to have A/C but I'm a little intimidated in the complexity. Maybe I'll have to rewatch this video down the road. :)
I’m not completely finished with it yet, but so far it’s pretty straightforward.

Hose run locations? Don’t worry about it now. Remove hoses and condenser for now and put back in boxes to prevent damage. These items are going to be the very last things installed in the engine compartment.
If you plan on upping the horsepower, the original size radiator will be too small. So NOW is the time to go bigger. Have to cut radiator shroud opening wider. Easy.
22” or 24” better, but battery location interference. Ask Andy Kruze; he’s been there, right?
I’d stay with 2 core as a 3 core creates spacing issues to fan(s) and accessory brackets. Electric fans with radiator kit best.

Thanks for the insight! That's exactly what I did; worry about it later. Andy's going to town on his mustang - good reference point for some of the things I want to do.
Nice video. Not sure what to say about hose routing? Maybe core block and mock up. Everything? Empty block is not bad to handle.

Yes, the exhaust would be a big obstacle, even an experienced installer, like myself, couldn't be sure it would fit, and not be damaged, once the motor were in..
Other than that, an excellent 👍👌 video, for what the Air handler installation entails, for us all to see what the Old Air system install would be like in our cars.. Have at it brother !!! Keep em coming...
