Every time I took my car I was convinced it would blow but it always seemed like a new car when I drove home after all the tweeks the guys made. So happy to see the Civ up and running! Again.. not sure if you guys have Walmart in Canada but I suggest going and picking up so gasket maker and using it on every corner or the gasket to make sure you have a good seal. It’ll also prevent the gasket leaking in the future. That’s what I was told when I changed mine by my mechanic who’s had civics his whole life.
I have a ton of ratchets, some upwards of $150... I usually grab my shittastic Greatneck ratchet that I got from autozone for $12. Its just right there on the ground in the garage, surrounded by equally shitty sockets. The good stuff is on the otehr side of the garage in the toolchest. Fuck that walk, gimme the trash on the ground it works just fine.

Bruh. People been running 9 psi on d15 without blowing it up, but it's sketchy. Lower it to 7, it's not sketchy anymore and that would make a nice amount of power.
Lucky Rooster Don't act like you know everything. Your power will depend on two things, your psi, and how agressive the timing is. We know he ain't gonna go agressive on the timing since he is on stock everything and wants it to last. Plus we don't care about horsepower, torque is what makes your rods go kaboom. 7psi and conservative timing makes 170hp and 250nm of torque, not 200hp. 170hp and 250nm torque is still fine for a d15.
Vxltage There's different version of the d16/d15 some are stronger or weaker depending of what car and what year. I'm not an expert, but I'm just assuming Robbie has a weak one.
I ran 12lbs of boost on my d15b7 for over 9 months before the ebay turbo failed. It never blew but I spent $600 on pistons and rods and now it's making 260whp
Not sure but yinz should try rock auto. Super budget parts but full price quality. Im useing it to rebuild my 88 crx. Good luck and love the build so far

Recently started watching Robbie and he’s made me interested to make upgrades on my car (2012 Astra GTC Sri 2L Turbo, 163bhp) but I don’t know where to start or what I need to upgrade if I change something else, anyone able to help? Was thinking about getting remapped but would it affect turbo? Would I need to upgrade? What else would I need? 😂😂

Is that whistling noise the blow off valve? The turbo flutter is great but the whistling that follows after doesn't sound good at all in my personal opinion.
Mustang dynos usually read around 15% lower than other dynos. So accounting for that, if you put that car another dyno it would probably read around 212 hp. If you wanna talk it one step further we can also account for drive train loss. Assuming that's another 15%. That would mean this car could be putting out around 243hp at the crank. That's pretty impressive! Of course all of this is theoretical because we can't be sure how much lower the dyno reads, and we can't be sure of the exact amount of power they lose through the drive train. But it's still pretty cool. Any one who says Hondas aren't tough has got to watch this video. It's like robbie said, there aren't many cars that you could slap a turbo on when it already has such high mileage and it just takes it. That's why people love Hondas.

Nice job I think engine mount will help as the engine was moving forward alot while on the Dyno witch will reduce some power

When the ecm is reset it will cause the rpm to what is called skip 1k to 3k on idle like your revving it

Dont some spark plug tubes have a gasket at the bottom of the tube so it might still leak in I had the same problem in my dodge neon

S300 comes with rev limiter. Hold the gass down till it hits limiter in 1st-second gear
