I'm just here to say that I hate you for reminding me that DarkKnightmon is a deck :(
Unfortuntaly EX4 didn't treat it well like it did with Blue Flare, too many different conditions, some cards don't have the trait, no way to give rush to your boys and most importantely the overabundance of non-deletion based removal in the game. We need more stickier or floaty dark boys to keep up, until then he stays in the deckbox :(
On a side note: you just gave maybe the best reason why digimon is so different from other card games. You're not playing for resources (cards in hand) but to put your deck in motion. I startet playing OP and the game is completly different, you need cards in hand to survive, draw and searches aren't as common and you know that starting from turn 5 you could just play bombs and big bodies all the time, while in digimon you need to setup first because, unlike other card games, you're not getting more mana "automatically" (in games like magic or lorcana you still just get a free land/ink per turn and you usually play it) the longer you play.

on the side note yea It is pretty interesting loseing games with 20 cards in hand, but thats why i love it
