  • An easy 10 minutes beginner flexibility training for martial artists.
    Warm up with a general warm up like rope skipping for 3-5 minutes. After that do 10 reps per leg for the front swing, back swing and side swing followed by inward and outward hip rotations.
    Then do 3 sets of 20 seconds of each 5 exercises.
    For every set of the hamstring and inner thigh stretch you stretch in three slightly different positions (as shown in the video).
    For the other three exercises (quadriceps, glutes and hips) you try to stretch deeper every set.
    That is all.
