I'm 14 years old, and I love drawing small things. My mom always suggested I start making stickers or something like that. So, I considered it. But I didn't know how to start, plus it was also today when I started considering it. I'm HELLA SCARED, but once again, this would be a hobby and not a lifetime job, I tell myself. Thank you so much for making this video! It helped me with what and where I will buy my things. For now, I will start saving my money to afford the tools you've used. Thank you ❤

Same at first now i use it alot more making shadow boxes now but stickers are so easy to do!
I got a air2 at Walmart for $150. The following week it was at 199 glad I grabbed mine when I did!!
I’ve been pressured into getting my first job, and while I want to go out and get something out in the world, I’ve been wanting to be creative and less consumed by time and stress. And since my mom runs an Etsy store too, I figured I’d make one too! Thank you :)

I just recently decided to start a shop because i want to help my dad pay bills and well, to help pay my college tuition n stuff. But i dont have art style yet..? I have some ideas because i always search for stationery that goes with my aesthetic but never find any so i kind of have an idea of what i want to do... just dont know where to start bc i have nothing. Not even an ipad to draw designs in. Pls help ... what should i do first?
I would just start with a sketchbook! I still feel confused about my art style sometimes, but having a sketchbook helps me experiment with different styles. It can really help you figure out what you like to create. Also, if you don’t have an iPad, there are cheap drawing tablets that can be connected to computers through USB, or if you prefer traditional mediums, you could always create something and then scan it to get a digital file! I hope this helps!

@@julieh.6174 I used to use MediBang on my phone. Procreate has a paid phone app too! If you have a smartphone with an intact screen you can just use your finger for a while on that. Maybe start with digital downloads ❤️

I am also beginning to start my etsy sticker/planner shop and this was just the video i needed to motivate me further🥺 I was first worried of the start up cost
I have to cover and I do not have any great background in illustration but I do enjoy seeing people make cute illustrations as well as the process it goes with. Right now, im focusing in finding my art style and producing stickers as soon as I can 🥹

Consider getting a Brother Scan N Cut.. you scan and cut the stickers (and anything else you can imagine) with ease.

Idk if this would've worked, but for the circle punch dilemma - maybe you could've used the circle punch as a guide and taken an X-acto knife and cut them while they're still held in the punch, that way it's like a stencil. I like your logo and I also like that you talk about your struggles. This was a super informative video and I really appreciate it!
You can fold paper towel into squares wet it lightly microwave for one min sit clogged ink cartridge on it for 30 seconds or so it will open them up print on regular paper first to make sure it's good

This motivated me enough to actually replace the ink in my printer and grab out the cardstock I've been procrastinating printing on. XD I loved this video and watching your process. How long did it take before you started receiving orders? The stickers you made are so adorable! I am totally getting some when I *eventually* get my budget back on track! T_T

hi Helen, I'm from Indonesia, I want to ask:
1. How long have you been making and selling your stickers?
2. In the production of 1 sticker, how much does the production cost reach the consumer?
3. Has the price of your 1 sticker been covered, including the benefits you get?
4. what is the specialty of the sticker that you make so that consumers can be interested in buying / must have it while you have to face other competitors who of course can be cheaper than yours, because they are mass-produced.
5. Is the printer ink you are using waterproof?
6.why not choose a cameo sticker cutting machine is the cameo more expensive than cricket?
Sorry, I ask a lot of questions because I will be starting a small-scale printing business. By making stickers like that, I got a lot of references, such as designs and so on, but after I calculated the production costs, the selling price did not match the price, I also lost to factory-made stickers. cheaper . thanks for the answer, please advise
Oh lady. Let me thank you so much! You’re the first one that I find on YT thai literally starts with nothing (I don’t have the printer but it’s okay). I wanted to know of it was doable with little money and no mashine - I really want a Cricut one day, but this is not the day ahah-. So thank you for giving me hope!

I mean, if you're wanting to start a sticker shop or any shop, really, you should at least have a printer, lol. It will be your number one used item.

it would be cool if you made smaller versions of all of them or even just some of them because if you make them and sell them only for like .75 cents to a dollar each instead of three or four, I've found that people will buy them in bundles, and you'll be getting more sales!! i would definitely buy all of your stickers in small bundles because they are so cute!!
