    Haha, although good video but it is not 500 thousand volts it should be around 20 to 30 kv. If it was 500 kv then arcs would be jumping across 20 to 30 cm gap.

      When looking at the title I was already sceptical. It's already quite difficult to get more than 10,000V from a home made transformer without getting internal unexpected spikes in the windings. And I don't talk about the efficiency. It's already good to get 6,000V (what I estimate here) with this kind of battery and driver.

    Wow, great job. You've almost replicate an flyback transformer, the way that the ferrite core relise energy from primary coil into secondary coil that step-up the enegry due to fast on-and-off of dc switch is similarly to an flyback transformer driver

    You should divide the secondary winding into sections and isolate it by resin. It is not a 500 000 V, rather 10 000 - 15 000 V (it can be estimated by arc length).

    The voltage break down for air is about 3kv per mm. If it starts to break down at 5mm, that's 15kv sure you can pull it wider but the air is heated and its conductivity raised.

    If you want to glue paper really well and create a more rigid structure you should try using regular wood glue. It glues wood together very well but also plain paper like old newspapers. It takes a little while to dry and harden but when it is hard it is better than any other glue for wood, cardboard, and paper.

    You should turn 3+3 primary winding. And use irf540 mosfet with dual arm push pull supply.and use in secondary winding plastic sheet instead of paper.

    How is it possible that D.c input voltage are step up at secondry coil. . ? If we consider that volyages are increased then how we decide that which one terminal is connected to neutral side of the load without mutual induction it's not possible. And its only possible when alternating voltages are applied at input side!

      This is a ferrite core of the appropriate type for a flyback transformer. Incidentally, this project is a royer-type flyback driver and he made a flyback transformer. He did not however correctly tell anyone how this was made as he failed to identify pinout or part number on the transistors among numerous other things.

    So folks!
    After years there is one thing you all can think of. Voltage and ampere is just a property of energy.
    Energy exists in fields. It is motion. Only motion, without mass, but high frequency. Our planetsystem are moving in that field , against the rotation of the same field . Pure lines of motion, pure energy, just frequency. If you think of a Touch of that fieldline there is a vibration... as higher the vibration as different the propertys of motion. Touch - Sound - radiowaves - electromagnetic waves - heat or infrared - visible light - x-ray - gamma and cosmic waves ...
    Even matter is frequency, slowed down ... like on a carousel. In the middle just motion, far a way from the midpoint more centripetal force.
    Think about plus and minus, positive and negative on an oscilloscope ... what is it? Just the motion of the property of frequency around the wire from one perspective from one end to the other ...
    A short circuit melts down all coz the electromagnetic frequencies in the source are going into higher resonance feequencies which causes first heat and then light in form of an arc.
    If you think in frequencies or Behaviour of water , energy will be easy.
    When i produce an arc with a little Step up before i messure in the arc a very high frequency....
    So all this stuff works while you work with DC or AC with 50Hz or 60Hz ...
    With higher feequencies ohms law doesnt work for me anymore.
    Each little product you use use mostly a simple principle.
    Where is the amp in a battery ?
    Think about why we use a high frequency vibration in a Motor ?
    If you fast Open a Switch think in terms of stretch a line until this line collapse. You will see a short high voltage peak on an oscilloscope.
    Voltage is an property of the energy for overcoming a gap ( think on tesla, think about why tesla dont use an iron core in some coils to send energy through air ... and now think about how you tap a line of energy and produce a vibration ... there is no time in this process ( Alexandersson) ! )
    When we use circuits we work with magnetic lines and dielectric or electric lines. They have to be close to work. Tapping these lines give a vibration , changing the parameters of a wire, changing the vibration , a resistor is nothing else , a capacitor is just a microgap on a large surface ( what is stored there?)
    Think about why we use diamagnetic copper, and ferromagnetic iron. One repels magnetic, the other eats it ...
    Think about it . There is motion in frequencies. Nothing Else. All other dimensions exists from it ...
    Each frequency gives an pattern on a surface or better: on an change of resistance , frequency breaks down.
    Structured water has more energy ! Why? Cause the motion in frequency produce a perfect geometric in the molecules. So energy can flow in this circles of patterns. Break the pattern, less energy flows .
    So , in the end you will come to the point that there is no Information in an egg of some species, the information comes through the frequency on the individual unique surface and produces a pattern inside where energy flows. So thats why each egg of a species is similar but unique, like each water drop is unique but similar.
    After throwing a rose in a Glas of water you can take drops and dry them. Under a Microscope you can see a rose in the drying pattern of each drop.
    The water as Union takes the information and each drop has it too. Information from out to inner!
    Water is like energy !
    It is motion in frequencies , nothing Else.
    So there is nothing like free energy! Coz all is energy. All is a field of motion in frequencies . Each frequency has all underlying frequencies inside .
    After all this, slow down the right frequencies or tap the line of energy in an field, vibrate it the right manner and you become endless energy/matter/light. Whatever you want.
    All you have to do is thinking new. Thinking for your own!

    трансформатор тем более самодельный явно не потянет такое высокое напряжение, будет просто внутренний пробой. проще по-моему взять готовый строчный трансформатор от старого телевизора или катушку зажигания от автомобиля, а дальше уже собирать схемы умножения напряжения на высоковольтных элементах. хотя то вряд ли там будет 500кВ

      Bro, pero tengo entendido que la presión del aire son de hasta 3.000v por 1 milímetro, o sea por ejemplo 50mm x 3kv serían 150.000v que son 5cm, lo vi de un youtuber que entiende bastante de electrónica y sabe de pulsos con osciloscopio, diagramas, electricidad, etc Creando una pistola taser de ese voltaje 150kv

    500kV нельзя добиться с помощью только трансформатора. Будет пробой. Тут максимум навскидку ~10kV. Чтобы получить 500, нужно собирать как минимум умножитель из конденсаторов и диодов.

    The sparks are about 1mm (one millimeter) by kV, in the point where it open the electric arc, then this has only about 2kV to 4kV, at maximum! 500kV would be impossible in this insulation class, an in so small coil! 500kV can open an arc with 0,5 meters and extend it to more then a meter!

    Many things wrong: this is a royer-like flyback transformer driver, not a boost converter. A boost converter produces DC, this is clearly high frequency AC. This is certainly not 500kv, that would arc over the whole secondary. You will be lucky to sustain 5kv AC at high frequency for very long with notebook paper insulation between windings. Use electrical grade Kraft paper and solvent free epoxy. Put a sheet of supermarket plastic bag between the two sides of the core to see how that alters the saturation point of the core once all other things are fixed. Music in tutorials is a waste of the mental energy of the viewer, explain your content.
