    I love this review and agree entirely! I came across this when I was shopping and should have listened. Now I’m rewatching for laughs

    It's built in such a way that the lock not always locking it. A lot of garbage stuck in between the side of the inner bin to the other bin. It's hard to clean the side. it's hard to put the garbage bag as it's stuck between the sides and it's twice hard to take it out when it's full

    Try buying and using the brabantia bin liner,they are cheap enough and fit like a glove plus have a drawstring that draws the neck of the liner in after its removed from the bin + bins should be cleaned regularly anyway...

      I clean my bin regularly. This bin design is a piece of shit.

    Hello, thanks for the feedback. Sorry you feel that way about the design. To counter the 'smell issue' we have designed 'Perfume your bin, which is a capsule which will provide a nice smelling bin for you. Thanks for taking time to create a video. ^Matt

      +Brabantia Life so you make and design a defective product and then want to sell me a fix that will continue to cost me. Hilarious!

      I know a free solution. Throw it underneath a few lorries, pour petrol on it and burn it under the ozone layer above Brabantia. Paying £100+ for a piece of plastic and cheap metal to throw away rotten food, dirty nappies and whatever else is rubbish and stinks. No thanks, I’ll stick to my cheap bin which does exatcly the same thing, smell and all, and go have a few nice meals. The “oil company” of rubbish bin manufacturers. Also, love the video.

      Derrik yea I agree a cheap plastic bin is fine. I made the video long ago, so not sure if I mentioned why I bought it. I bought it on a whim as an ex girlfriend wanted one and when we split I thought fuck it I’ll buy one now. Silliness knows no bounds ;)

      The bins or the deodorant packs that have to be used with them?

    Get the drill out and make a few vent holes in the lid, lol!

      +QuixoticQuaver yea then the kitchen will smell :( It has vent holes in the bottom but they don't work. It's a shite design. I don't hate it really as its not the bins fault haha and I don't harbour those emotions. At the end maybe I should have wrote "the designers a fucking idiot" haha I was just looking for something for effect. Reflecting on it I prefer the idiot tag.

    Well, you can always threw the garbage more often to avoid the smell.

    • @experiment54

      How often would you suggest is acceptable before being inconvenient?

      @@experiment54 once every three days?

      @experiment54  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@nielosoweznaki to be honest I eat everything I buy so the bin hardly fills up but the one in the video is so thin and small. The only food waste that goes in it is banana skins, onion skins, apple core, garlic skin etc that sort of thing when im preparing cooking.

    Had one of these bins, the catch lasted less than a month before it failed and it was not cheap to buy either, recommendation do not buy them, the construction is cheap and will break easily

    • @experiment54
      @experiment54  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      My catch is still ok. Like you though I wouldn’t buy another.
