- Egg rolls are simply delicious. I always have them when I order Chinese food, but I never would have thought they were so easy to make at home. They involve a simple combination of spices, veggies, and some ground pork. If you want them meatless, you can leave the meat out. If you're really in a hurry, you can use a bag of coleslaw mix from the grocery store. Watch the video and give our simple and delicious egg rolls a try. I work as a cook in an Italian grocery store in Montreal, and even though it's mostly Italian cooking, I do make dishes from other countries. I tried your egg roll recipe and sold all 48 egg rolls in less than 1 hour. Your recipe was simply delicious and easy to follow...love it...+10!

I worked in a manufacturing shop with about 20 people. One lady would bring in a bag of 40 mini egg rolls and spring rolls and sell them out at lunch time. She always sold out.

Cool! I redid the recipe with shrimp and 1 with the pork! Splendid! I out did myself whew! Thx so much for the recipe ! I am beat! Cooked 2 types of shrimp, Panko for husband and seared mine along with the 2 different types of egg rolls yikes! Going to bed now so as to go to the Casino tomorrow! Very nice recipe Dave, i cannot say i would change anything because i know i told you that asian recipes are one of my weak points, plus yours look great, and one of the main things i like about your asian recipes is that i usually have the ingredients on hand, like soy sauce,sesame oil, etc... and what i may not have is easy to find at my local grocer, and i do not have to mail order ingredients. Anyway, i pretty much trust your instincts and experience when making simple asian recipes.
