That is made by use of carbonated steel and no Lead as you mentioned. It is a trimmed version of what Doctors who identify the ability to hear by any patient claiming to be having difficulty to hear. The vibration of the center blade echoed by the brackets and activation by the air from mouth and beats by finger on the blade along with movement of tip of tongue. The tip or button ehich is touched by finger is made of even platinum for avoiding going smaller by friction.
