my pitching coach is telling me not to bring my elbow back, because i lean back when i do it and it slows my arm down and hurts my lats he says holding your arm back in your delivery using hip shoulder separation will make you scap load anyways
Healing from severe left shoulder injury. Throwing 48 mph with no pain but there is weakness. Before I went from 50mph to 88mph but I’m back to being slow. How can I throw hard again? My weakness is with internal rotation. I can only pitch from 45 ft super slow throwing as hard as I can
How do I get rid of tricep tendon pain. I don't really have it when I throw, more after I the inning, and between innings. It gets a lot of warming up for it to go away.
Good stuff

How would you differentiate 3x pitching from pushing/jumping off the mound in regards to the back leg?

I remember this
Should I shutdown from all throwing in the offseason at all? If so for how long?
I wouldn’t… I’d just take it light. 90 ft 60% but I’m not a professional so idk
0:15 that guy in the background is just asking for a ruptured bicep :/
What’s the main area of focus for a 14yr old still growing. To increase velocity. Control is already good.
