My older cousin who was a friend of Kid's when I was a teenager invited me and another cousin to one of Kid's parties in NJ when we were teenagers. I declined because I was busy chasing girls in the Bronx, but my other teen cousin apparently had the time of his life.

I got Play's autograph when he was here in Tacoma giving a speech at my school at Tacoma Urban League Academy. He was doing theater at the Pantages Theater back in late 90's. It was awesome!

I saw Kid ages ago at a Derrick Thomas 3rd and Long party in KCMO....
He was bouncing around the whole ball room, then all of a sudden, he like walked over to me, said some quick joke, then just jetted off.
I was just standing there cracking up.
He and Play are legends in the black entertainment community, good to see them brotha's doing well, and still doing their own thing.
