How are they biased? They acknowledged that Duran was winning the fight throughout.
1970-1990 Boxing at its best!
Two of the greatest fighters of all time 🍻
6:30 when the place went absolute nuts ! You just don’t see stuff like this in boxing hardly anymore
yeah, these commentators were obviously favoring Leonard
Leonard tried going toe to toe in this one, he didnt want to box
He should have boxed Roberto
You mean he didn’t run like a clown
He should have boxed Duran he would have won Leonard fought a foolish fight
@@xxlionroarxxxxxxxx4438 not this time he stayed in the pocket with the great duran
@@xxlionroarxxxxxxxx4438 he did that in the second fight with Duran and the hagler fight
Arms like pistons from both of them the skill the lack of any dirty tactics the conditioning of both , yes the greatest fight for me
Wow. Absolutely amazing how much fake BS is spewed by the announcers! They were living in a land of make believe, calling countless shots that just weren't there and never happened; Claiming one fighter is hurt, like it's about to be their undoing, but there was no hit and no injury at all. These fight announcers are straight up L I A R S .
Maybe you should start doing it yourself
Or better yet since you know everything, just watch on silent
@@deepdive1338 I know! Maybe you should go outside and play a game of Hide & GFY.
This fight and Marvin Hagler vs Tommy Hearns was two of the Best fights ever. Also Diego Corralas vs Jose Luis Castillo
This is why we love the " Sugar Man" ! He won a lot of people over in this defeat. People who thought he was just a product or a pretty face. Ray showed hes a pitbull also. Gets closer evertime i watch!
According to CompuBox, Duran out-landed Leonard 315 to 273 in total punches. Leonard threw 50 punches per round while landing 18. Duran threw 60 per round, landed 21 and won by unanimous decision 145-144, 148-147, 146-144.
Quit saying Duran is hurt 😂he was never hurt throughout the fight
His defense is underated & he would move weird, I could see why they said so
@@Bankai_Musashi1He was hurt late into the fight when Duran charged in and ducked but Leonard hit him near the back of the head with the chopping right
@@MonkeyDToniProductions maybe he was, I watched about 7 rounds earlier but stopped because I had to run an errand
@@Bankai_Musashi1 Time to watch the rest then. I studied this fight 30 times now
@@MonkeyDToniProductions well it doesn't really matter much, hurting someone once doesn't win you the fight in most cases.
The First Minute of video shows genius of Ray Arcel standing between Leonard and Duran during instructions as if He dosent trust Duran near Leonard.
Thank you
El Cholo was built differently. He was a machine with so much hunger for victory. Perhaps the best fighter ever. It was the most natural talented boxer I have ever seen.
A lightweight whooping a whatever. It does show The Amazing Duran is smaller and Greater!!
