Hello Fayid, I was wondering if you have women offering these services as well, or if you can recommend any Muslimah channels or coaches please? I know that the workout application is different for men and woman. I do not want to look like a man, I am sure other females also want to be healthy and fit.

Mashallah bro. I grew up Christian but genuinely was so curious and confused.
Literally Islam is the truth, zero contradictions in the entire Quran and the religion as a whole. We respect The Torah and Bible that came before, but they’re corrupted and not the full word of God.
Now being a Muslim I am trying my hardest everyday to improve myself & am fully dedicated to nothing but Allah, to God.
All the messages God sent thru all the prophets (Abraham, Moses, Ishmael, Jesus, Muhammad, peace and blessings upon them all) Islam is simply his final word to us. It only took me around an entire month of research, now I am strictly on my Deen 🤲 I’ve never been more fulfilled or at peace in my entire life before. I love all my new Muslim brothers & sisters, and I have nothing but respect the other Abrahamic religions. We all love and adore God, Allah.
May God continue to guide those to the truth☝️🤍 Inshallah

I remember a shaykh once saying to a group of us brothers about how we can always check ourselves with our decision making by asking ourselves: Are we doing it for Allah or for ourselves/ our own ego? I think it's easily forgotten for us that Islam means Submission. We must submit to the will of Allah, with everything.

One thing I thought of as well while watching, and it’s related to the point of kuffar seeing us as ambassadors of Islam, is how this lack of confidence and embarrassment that leads to things like not praying because of work, wearing clothes contradictory to the guidelines of the sharia, free mixing, imitating kuffar etc is actually harmful to the da’wah.
It makes it harder to educate kuffar on Islam and show that it’s not a matter of having a stricter “interpretation” of Islam or whatever, it’s simply that you’re either a practicing Muslim, or not.
I remember meeting some kafir woman that a brother I know already met, and when she went for a handshake she was so confused even when I explained why I couldn’t shake her hand, and I realised later that’s because the brother who met her previously shook her hand a number of times.
So not only is this lack of confidence/shame or embarrassment/inferiority complex… whatever you want to call it, is harmful to the Ummah, but also harmful to the da’wah of Islam.
May Allah forgive and guide us all, and may He make us firm and steadfast upon His religion.

One thing I’ll say, please do not view food as being “deserving” of it. It could cause problems with eating, and lead to disordered thinking around food. Yes you can eat healthy, avoid a lot of salt and fat that’s fine, but don’t look at food as “Do I deserve it?” Of course you deserve to eat your body needs it. You don’t earn food. What I will say is ask: “Does my body need it?”
A note though, if you are struggling regarding your body image and your relationship with food do seek professional help and don’t just go to the gym in the hopes of making those feelings go away. They’re deeper than that.

i've listened to what you had to say and as a non muslim person i am not completely behind the things you say. Nobody forces you to be diffrent, and as a community you yourself make how we look upon you as persons. What i hear you say is that the way of Allah is the only way to live. At a certin time your ancestors chose to live in Western country's because they where more prospective and they wanted to have better lives for their children. But what do you see now? That those children are getting more radical and giving your community a bad name. They are lazy and do not have much respect for the country's they live in or for the laws or the people who live in them. You can wear wathever you want, you can eat what you want, the only thing that we as Westerns want you to do is, have respect for our culture, don't enforce your own laws upon us and everything will be great. But That seems to be a problem and verry hard to do. Praying isn't a part of our culture, i bet you know that Christianity isn't that big of a believe. But have respect and appreciate what you can achieve to have a better life yourself. What i also don't like in your culture is that woman have to cover up while man look at all the beauty around them, isn't that also not a little bit hypocritic? All of this is just an observation. Some of my best friends are muslims and i've also talked about this with them. And they said i'm partially right. I wish you as a person all the best and hope that you may have a great life :D

Don’t worry about things like yawning is from shaytan, or how to get to the bathroom, or you must eat with right hand. Or instead of fighting just wait for Mahdi. All these concepts that makes Muslims weaker are not in the Quran, question yourself. USA says righteous words but we know there true colours are evil, similarly the Hadith does that lies about are prophet and says positive words of wisdom but in the end the man made Hadith are evil and made by munnafiq. 48:15 they wish to change the words of Allah. Prophet Muhammad they say in Hadith he is a walking Quran, so if you want to follow the example of the prophet, then follow the Quran because he upholded the laws of GOD, so if you follow the way and morals of the Quran you will be closer to his way.
