Thank you so very much for this. I really enjoy the tutorial but most important, for me, is the delivery which you did excellently. You enunciated your words, you were at a speed that even "I" could follow AND your video showed every single move you made. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful. There are many other articles and PSP tutorials in the Scrapbook Campus (even if not always related to scrapbooking). Come over scrapbookcampus.com
thank you so much! I've watched 3 of these and could not get it to work and no one mentioned to be sure the path was active. I was specifically clicking on the vector because I thought I needed to.
Silly question once I get the text curved how can I move it so that it is centered? It is off to the right, I'm wondering is maybe my ellipse not centered? Not sure how to fix it. TIA
Not a silly question at all. Check out this post and the second point (Moving the text along a path) might just answer your question: scrapbookcampus.com/2021/04/4-tips-to-use-with-text-on-path/
Do you mean having text that does not actually lean based on the curve but stay completely straight? If so, I would not have a clue if it is possible, other than separating the letters and placing them one by one along the curve.
@@CreationCassel thanks for the reply. yeah, that's what i'm looking for, and i know it's possible with ther editing software.. but i have what i have and not looking to uproot to another program for one feature... I'm sure it must be achievable in PSP, but not sure how . something like this: external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.stack.imgur.com%2FpxlaG.png&f=1&nofb=1
Are you making sure that the vector object (the "layer" inside the vector layer) is active at the same time as the text object (the "layer" inside the text layer)? If one of the two is not active, the option will be greyed out.
@@CreationCassel yes. both were active. Looking at another video that shows converting object to path which works but now my bottom text is following path but upside down.
Great tutorial! Thx so much!!
Glad it helps.

Merci beaucoup! You are wonderful!

How do you make the text stay vertical yet still follow a curve?

@@jlaf8000 I think the best way to do that would be with the Mesh Warp. It is not a super quick way but it is not too hard either.
Thank You Cassel
AWESOME, THANK YOU
doesn't work for me. :-( Fit text to path is always grayed out for me.

@@CreationCassel how do you get text to reverse?
@@coina-dig-tion6322 You have to duplicate your vector shape and then reverse the path. Check the video starting around 5:20.
@@CreationCassel thanks. I finally tried that and then plan to merge the vector shapes. Now the fill property is hiding from me. thx for your help.
