Pls pls pls do a video on explaining how you make your notes, I’m intrigued to know if you make one amazing set of notes that you add too, or if you make individual documents on the things you make notes on that day. As I need a way to write my history notes for a2! I’d like to see a what’s on my computer, and when you say make notes, what does that actually mean, like what do you make notes on?? And also, please do a how to use quizlet, I’ve never used it before and I’m a bit stuck on how to make it productive. Also is most of this extra work. Or is it all homework?
Hi! I did History A Level (I’m now in my first year of degree) and did get an A* in my Tudor exam :) I made notes on the computer and basically worked through my AQA History text book. I made a page of notes (sometimes more) on each chapter being careful to summarise in my own words and condense. Then I’d take all that information (which turned out to be over 40 paged oops) and made mind maps for each topic eg Henry VII’s finance or Henry VII’s foreign policy. Hope this helped a little! I’m planning on doing a video on revision tips soon ❤️

I’m a teacher. We picked American because it has a definite time frame, whereas the unseen for the others could be anything! It’s too wide unfortunately, even though the topics are really interesting. I wish my classes did half of what you do. Good luck!

i’ve had a whole christmas break off revision and i literally can not tell if it’s been beneficial or not 😂😂. Mocks are over and i plan on getting back onto my revision schedule once i get back to school so i suppose it’s probably stopped me getting too burnt out 😂

omg barely anything normally, around mocks like 3 hours after school and 5 hours a day on the weekends, then in study leave like 6 hours a day max - i think i did 9 once but that was just because i was doing science past papers lol
