We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

I did this when we bought 27 ribeyes on sale.
The ribeyes were chopped to avoid chunks of fat.
They came out so tender and delicious that i did the recipe over and over for years.

I usually trim the excess fat from whatever beef cuts I get - I then chop them down into small pieces and render out the fat. Nothing like tallow for pan frying steaks!! Also great for toad in the hole…

The legend says created by a thrifty cook in a fire camp to use up scraps and trimmings and feed Wildlands fire fighters just after WWII near McCall Idaho. Since then they've become a staple in resteraunts across the state, with many secret recipes and variations. I'm going to have to try your version soon.
