Just a quickie here talking about how I disassembled the intake manifold and other bits and bobs to get to the leaking water pump/ thermostat housing on my 2016 golf r.
It's tough to say, they have come out with newer and newer revisions of this part number, so i would hope that they can get it to last at least a little bit longer.
I don't know why everyone made this pump replace video need to remove manifold, may be they all follow other youtuber did it wrong, old model need to,but new model electronics thermostat don't need anymore, I made a video on my TH-cam just today, only coolant fan ,water pump and starter motor, remove starter because I can turn flywheel to put the new belt on, only 2 hours total.
dude you make this look easy, well done
I have a sounds like if I had a wheel bearing going bad. But i check them and they are fine... Could the water pump sounds like a bad wheel bearing?
how's the new thermostat housing doing? still ok, no leaks?
Did that new thermostat housing having the one side blocked off ever cause any issues ??
Hola tengo la misma pregunta se coloca con una parte bloqueada o se quita la parte de el círculo

@@AndrewTewes I wanted to get the 2018 Audi S3 and I know that one has the golf R engine in it, which I thought was pretty decent
