WOW! But, hmmm.... so much for "white privilege". Government is EVIL no matter who, whom, or what you are. That satanic "stars and stripes flag" that you praise is THEIR flag. So remember that next time you stand and participate in their satanic ritual to sing like a good little slave with your right hand over your heart. No wonder the military and the police are awful people. Look who they work for.

they did the same thing with my dad he owned a 15 acer property next to a busy highway they tryed to buy some of the land to expand the highway he refused i would have done the same thing 2 years went buy with there harrasment. they eventually came out and said he needed to fix and repair all the structures on the property old barns and silos that were no longer used must be removed this would cost alot of money they eventually fined him and gave him a time limit as to when it needed to be finished or they would take the property .
we did nothing could not afford a lawyer because my dad was out of work due to an accident he had many years ago . another year passed and that sping they came out full force served us a 30 day eviction notice my dad ignored this they came 5 days after the 30 day eviction noticed expired and took us out of our house by force . a few months went by and they eventually bull dozed the entire property all thats left is a slab of land and they never even expanded the hwy there makes me wonder why they really did it my dad says its because he is the only one that would go to court and fight everything the city ever threw at him so this was there way of getting back at you . so i found out that you never own anything the goverment can always take it from you if they want .

A comment that I left just two hours ago about another video, "Why Trump Wants To Take Away Children."
...Washington state also allows the legal (illegal) kidnapping of a child from a
parent through the corrupt family courts of Washington state. governor jay inslee is aware of, the legal (illegal) practice, but won't even look into it.
When a parent never receives a summons from the courts, because the summons was sent to a bogus address intentionally so the parent has no way to fight a parenting plan which takes the child away for over 20 years, with the courts full knowledge, because the correct and official mailing address for legal documents was ordered/demanded by those same courts. With the cost of retaining a family law attorney, one would need to have at least $5,000 to $10,000 up front and in my case another $10,000 for bogus sexual treatment, all to keep me from ever seeing my daughter, who I haven't seen for 17 years now. She is now 18 years old. Also, there's a bogus rape charge, which has been sealed by the corrupt family courts of Washington state as a deterrent to even raise the
money. The only one who did the physical abuse and abused the court system is my Ex, who had emotional/mental problems and who wasn't taking her medicine at the time which was prescribe to her by her doctor for her emotional/mental health.

This is what happens when people do NOT know their rights and how to defend them. This is what happens when we take our eyes off government. But more importantly, the “pursuit of Happiness” as referenced in the Declaration of Independence is this; it is the inherent natural unalienable right to apply your faculties to your labors to gain property for the purpose of extenuating your individual existence. That property the individual gains they alone hold dominion over. No governing body has the authority of aesthetics, no governing body has the authority of “planning and zoning” nor do they have any authority for “public safety” except in the case of invasion by a foreign state or in cases of rebellion. A man’s property is his own and he has the dominion to do as he pleases and that means to let that property rot if he so chooses. No person has the right to NOT be offended by any of their faculties, hearing, sight, smell....that is Liberty.

We are not getting the whole story here. There's more to these stories than a tree falling on homes and homes being deemed a blight. It sounds like its taking too long to fix some old decrepit houses that some elderly homeowners can't afford to fix and that tennessee is throwing them out to tear them down. But I'm not sure due to such lacking info in this interview. It's a shame family and neighbors couldn't help fix the house for the lady who had to move. I would've liked an explanation on why anybody was jailed also. Did they not leave a condemned house? We're they living there with no utilities? Was the house structurally unsound and not safe? Those are kind of need to know nuggets of info to make any kind of informed decision as to whether we should be outraged at this so called court or concerned for the person's saftey. We've got a problem with blight in my small town and it's amazing what some of the elderly are living in like no utilities, trash everywhere. Most of these older people have a diminished mental capacity and don't realize they are in serious danger to the risks. We also have alot of abandoned houses that heroin addicts squat in and usually burn down. I guess it's a problem everywhere.

I am a member of an organization known as P.O.G. Pissed Off Geezers. We are old people who know and remember our Constitution. We REALLY don't like people who IGNORE it. Many of us fought in Vietnam or later conflicts (but not much later). Most of us are well trained (militarily). Many of us also have terminal diseases. Quite a few of us have died and come back - we have seen the other side. It is FAR MORE real than this side. Our Motto is, "If you harm old people, we don't like you. So don't piss us off, because today is a great day to die. And we'd REALLY like to take you with us, especially if what you are doing is unconstitutional." It's pretty simple, isn't it? It's very easy to understand. Those of us that only have a few months (or even less) to live, are WAY MORE pissed off than the others.
With all that said, I am going to make a statement to those who created and run these damned UNCONSTITUTIONAL Kangaroo Courts (that harm mostly OLD people):
We hereby deem these "Environmental Courts" to be fraudulent Domestic Terrorist Operations whose goal it is to steal property from human beings (mostly OLD people) under an unconstitutional, immoral and unnatural process. Your Fathers smell of elderberries, and your Mothers were hamsters. On top of that, We all fart in your general direction. Know this, and do NOT forget it: We are super top heavy with OLD people in this country, and a hell of a lot of us are retired or former military. We are heavily armed, and in spite of our decrepitude, we are well trained and we GET THE JOB DONE. You are pissing us off by stealing and/or destroying old people's houses. They are our kind. We will defend them. I'm guessing that you don't feel the least bit guilty about dumping these old people out on the streets. Well guess what. We won't feel the least bit guilty if we take 5 of you out with EACH ONE OF US when we go. It's real nice on the other side - you'd like it over there. You will get to do a Life Review. You judge yourself for all of your actions in this life. You also get to experience EXACTLY what all of those old people felt when you put them out on the streets. We highly recommend you stop taking old people's houses from them RIGHT NOW. This is a recommendation, Not a demand. If it was a demand, a bunch of us would be right in front of you, and you would be afraid. There is only ONE thing worse than stealing from old people. And that is getting anywhere near our grandchildren, or any small children, for that matter since you are most likely Luciferian pedophiles, and as such, you are deadly to ALL small children. Those of you who run these "courts" are disgusting. Only child rapers and murders are worse than your kind.
