- All questions are welcome and good. Here I answer how to pet a macaw and give a few pointers (For Beigenners)
remember to respect your macaw and let them tel you when its ok to pet. Respect is the key in any relationship with people and animals. Let them be independent often and you will see more macaw then dependant animal.
I laughed when he was chewing on your sweater. You are obviously a good owner because the video before this both the macaws were trying to escape.
I didn't find any of that information on most of the websites I found to take care of a macaw. Thank you.

@solid78121 you have to let your macaw that it hurts you when your B&G does that. A used (negative reinforcement) My B&G and Green wing used to do that. Then I started taping their beak everytime they play hard. I made them realized that it's not okay, so now, when we play I just raise my hand (like a high five) and they will stop and let go.
