Thank you for the detailed information. My thoughts. If your only looking for 2-3" of lift, the suspension lifts are likely less work. Adding the suspension and body lifts together with some pinch welds may give you enough clearance to wheel with the big tires. I would have left the radiator where it was was, and removed the shroud and used extended hoses. Less potential for damage. If you want a shroud, switch to an electric fan.
I am excited to lift my Sequoia after seeing your video. Love all your videos. Are you selling these kits? I am interested in buying a kit for my 2003 . Please get back to me if possible, I have looked, but trust you now more than buying from another place and have that wait, or wrong bolts or something else. Thanks so much
Yes I don’t sell them anymore. It was too much work for what I was selling them for. 4crawler.com sells them. Their website is terrible but that’s where I initially got mine.
Very nice looking rig!! Man you weren’t kidding!! What a horrible website!! I really have no idea what I am looking at and I have been a mechanic by trade for over 25 years!!
Yea it took me a minute to figure it out. I’m trying to get an idea on the level of interest with these lifts so I may assemble 20 kits and see how quick they sell. If you are interested let me know! And make sure and subscribe to the channel for more sequoia videos! Cheers
Hi, I loved ur video, I got my sequoia a 3in body lift along with a 2.5in strut spacer, the problem was that it gave me a code C1203, the car will not accelerate correctly, it will feel like its going to go but actually it will go like neutral and the skid and vsc lights would flash for like 10 seconds then it would accelerate like normal. It does it every time u come to a stop and try to accelerate. I disconnected the plug in the brake fluid reservoir but I want to know if there’s an actual fix for it, thank you.
I did the 2” lift on mine. So far no issues but if any become known, I will definitely post a video. Have you checked you shifter cable? Maybe it’s got too much tension and is not shifting into drive like it should, maybe popping back into neutral? Just a thought.
its all in preference. I'm really happy with mine. Nothing stretched farther then it was supposed to. You have to go around and look to make sure no ground straps or hoses are being stretched too much.
@@wasatchmotoco Oh ok got you, yea I have a 2002 tundra I want to get a 3” body lift with a 6”lift kit later on but wanted to see if there were any problems with getting one
The link to the website is in the description. It’s extremely hard to navigate, but I’m hoping to create a small website to start selling these. I had to wait 3 months for my kit which was super annoying.
Love the lift mannn. So can you explain what’s going here? 2 inch body lift but are there any suspension lift going on? I want to put 37s on eventually!
Yes 2” body lift, and a 3” suspension lift. I believe the link for the 3” lift is in the video description here. I always have links to all the products used in the video description 👍🏽

I wish the website was eazy to use. I just sent him an email I might order from there. I wish someone had the type of hardware and length of hardware used so people can make their own at home.

Thanks for the input! I actually already have a 3” suspension lift so this puts me at 5-6” of lift. It really wasn’t bad.

Cool, I'm looking forward to see how this progresses.
Dang that lift looks sweet man. Really good work. I'm really digging your videos. Keep em coming.
I'm new to lifts. Will this mess up my rear height control air bags?
Hello. Looks good. Where did you get the body lift? Has everything been good with it? Would you stay at 2” or would you do less or more?

I never found the body lift or steering extension.
Where can I get a 2 in body left kit at have a 06 and I love the look you got with that lift
You’ll have to get it from 4crawler.com My advice is just email them and tell them what you want because their website is suuuuper confusing
The link to where you bought the body lift, does not open.

Might need to re-calibrate the yaw sensor.
Can you share the link for the body lift? Thank you on advance.
Great vid man! What suspension is needed for the extended lift? What are you running on yours?
So I have a 2” body lift from 4wheelcrawler.com and then a 3” spacer lift. I think the link for that is in the description.

Not sure, haven’t driven it much yet. I’m in the process of getting my new front bumper built for it :) I’ll let you know though!

omg those 2 by 4's looked sketchy
They’re very sturdy. The 2x4s are just sandwiches between the actual bumper and the bumper skin.
