I relaxed my hair this morning and tried to correct an under processed area in the back of my head. I wish I saw your video before that! All great information, thank you for sharing. I like that you mention how the neutralizer can contribute to reverting back, I experienced that today! I let my relaxer in for a total of 30 minutes (ORS no lye normal strength with my mom helping) that was longer than my usual, and only massaged by hand. I was scared I left it on too long as it felt very straight when I washed it out, but I neutralized longer and more diligently and I feel like I might have saved or even reverted back my hair from over-processing. It came out great. Thank you for all your videos, your hair is goals

Wow. The tip about over neutralizing bringing back texture is never something I would have thought about. I relaxed at home for the first time by myself. Not only did i make the mistake of stretching too long to the point i had a tangled matted mess at my hair’s breaking point, during neutralizing I literally felt my hair reverting and I was so confused 😅! Thanks for everything ❤
I needed this. I haven't had a proper relaxer in about a year. All of them came out underprocessed. It seems to have been due to: stretching for too long (four months was pushing it then this one time I accidentally did five. What a nightmare), basing my scalp the day of like you mentioned, and accidentally protecting the new growth not just the previously relaxed parts. A lot of it really came down to being too careful. My last relaxer fixed the previously underprocessed ones, but the new hair was undeprocessed. It looks like natural hair blown out, which is still better than the under-processing I've had before. It was also the first relaxer I did completely by myself, and despite the underprocesisng, I'm quite satisfied with how it turned out.
Hey Tara! Sounds like you are more aware of where you went wrong and honestly, it happens to all of us. Relaxer day can be so tricky with so many variables to consider. I hope things become more predictable and consistent for you where your relaxer results are concerned. You got this!💞
This video was very informative. The issue with me is that I went to a professional to get my relaxers because I'm too afraid to do it myself. However, I've been underprocessed twice, and I hated it both times. My stylist did use a timer and washed it out immediately after it went off, so maybe that's the issue. I thought that maybe my hair was telling me that it didn't like relaxers anymore, so I could go back to being natural, but I guess I just needed some more education. I've been transitioning my hair for about 7 to 8 months now, but now that I know better, I'm ready to get another relaxer and stylist. Thanks for the tips!
Oh wow, this video was much needed! The tip about the double dipping, and incorporating the 5,5,10 method possibly causing under processing was super helpful. 👌🏽 I haven't posted in ages wondering what I was doing wrong and this could be my new issue. I'm going to try a professional correction and go from there. Thank you so much 😊💕
Thank you!! I really like your channel. I love how your sister helps you on relaxer day. That's a great idea and it has helped me to create a new way of processing my hair. The relaxing process is so time sensitive. Since I don't have anyone to assist me, on relaxer day, I now only do half of my hair at a time. The process takes twice as long, but I get to give the attention that my hair needs with less stress. I set several notification on my phone to insure even processing. I truly see a difference.
Good solid, practical advice. So glad you mentioned the neutralizing session. I started doing 2/2/5, just so I don’t underprocess my hair. Granted my hair is much shorter than yours so it works for me. Thank you so much for keeping us on track during our hair journey… you are awesome!
I just came back to the relaxed community a few weeks ago, from being natural for 4 1/2 years. I have colored tips from last year so I figured I would leave the relaxer on for 10-15 mins but it was under processed. So I’m going to try a little bit longer the next time!
Welcome to the community, hun! 10-15 mins for a virgin relaxer is too short. But I totally understand why you did it😊Leaving it on a bit longer next time will def. help.
Thank you so much I relaxed in June but it was like texlaxed , It looked great but I wanted it straighter. I was just sitting here thinking How ?! How am I going to do this because so far everything I’ve learned from you has made my hair thrive and I didn’t want to damage my hair and ruin the progress I’ve made thus far , finally I got my laptop and went to your channel. You have given me some serious stress relief. May God continue to bless and thank you again for sharing with us 🙏🏾🙌🏾
My virgin relaxer reverted. I went to a hairdresser about three/four weeks ago and told her not to comb the relaxer through (she did a little bit). She left it on for about 30m (ORS lye). I washed my hair last Saturday and it was an afro when it dried T.T. I need this video
@@tias.6675not sure! I self relaxed today with no lye and I was under processed in some area, particularly the back since I had trouble seeing. Gotta do a corrective relaxer in a few weeks
I needed this!! My last two relaxers were complete trash. My relaxer definitely expired and I’m not applying it for long enough!! Thank you soo much! I’m going into damage repair this next 12 week. My next relaxer will be fire!
My hair is thick and coarse. I used mild relaxer last night because of my fear of over processing. I've been doing this for awhile wondering why my hair is never straight and silky. Turns out, I'm not using a strong enough relaxer. My hair looks like a relaxer never touched it. It's so stressful. I have to correct it, I just purchased a strong relaxer that I will use in 8 weeks. In the meantime, I am going to make sure I deep condition my hair at least once a week along with a protein treatment.
Ugh, I just did a relaxer treatment - underprocessed for the 3rd time!! I never used to have issues but now I have the past year and it's really frustrating. Maybe I'm not leaving it on long enough (I have fine hair so I'm paranoid) or I'm neutralizing too long (paranoid about leaving relaxer in), but I'm at the point of just cutting my hair off and starting over really 🥴
First off, thank you so much for your videos. I have learned so much. Trying to help my 13 year old daughter navigate her relaxed hair. I ended my relaxed hair journey about 7 years ago and installed sisterlocks mainly because not understanding the relaxer process and the things to do to main healthy hair. Your channel has built up my confidence in caring for her hair. Her stylist leaves texture in her hair but it might be causing some breakage but we have not been consistent with her hair care routine at night or even deep conditioner treatments during her wash day. So there could be several elements at play . So we will start the new process with her next relaxer session and following the pre relaxer process you have outlined in your videos then following a consistent hair regimen for the next 12 weeks. Hopefully see done improvement in her hair and reduced breakage
Thank you so much for the love and feedback. Definitely jump on getting her back on a consistent schedule where her wash day/moisturizing + sealing etc. is concerned. This will help combat the breakage and it will be much more manageable to deal with the extra texture.
Man, you are good. I needed this video when I didn’t even know I need this. I had surgery twice in the summer and my hair is so dry. I did end up perming it but the perm didn’t take. I waited six weeks and I was under processed. Both the 5,5,10 and the double dipping could both be my issue. This came in time for my next relaxer. Thank you so much. I’m stuck right above bra strap length. I want to push further and I’m considering hair steaming. It’s the only thing I don’t do. I bought a hair steamer but it doesn’t work. So, I gotta wait for another one. Val, God bless you. You are wonderful. ❤😊😊
I want my hair to be healthy like yours, it's a struggle for me. I suffer with breakage at the back of my head and it sucks, I'm not sure what products to use for my hair. I think I'm going to start purchasing professional hair products.
Maybe it was overneutralizing that caused my underprocessed hair during my last touch up🤔. I applied and smoothed the relaxer in a total of 15 mins and used the 5,5, 10 neutralising method. I was so confused when I saw that the section I started applying the relaxer to had the most underprocessed hair. I'll take that into consideration now
I was natural and l have fine hair. I used ORS normal strength and l still have puffy textured hair. It's been 6 weeks l am considering a corrective relaxer should l go with stronger strength?
It was my first time relaxing my Virgin hair and I use the same relaxer and strength as you but I realize my 4c hair was just soft and wavy instead of straight girl I made most of these mistakes that you listed so thanks for the video it will help me my next relaxer session
@@CS48293 I use sparingly when I need a strengthening treatment, but I do notice it puts a lil wave in my texture (especially if I overuse) but my straight style remains…no frizz for me!
I believe I neutralized too long on my last relaxer session. My hair was smooth and straight after my application and all of it was gone after I did the 5-5-10 neutralizing step .sigh
Top notch instructions and advice. So glad I found your channel during the pandemic. So much happier with my hair now or should I say my hair is happier with me 😆
Thanks for this video. I relaxed and used mild and it was really underprocessed. I used normal next time, but did not leave it on long enough because I was scared, and some texture remains. In 3 weeks time I am going to sort it all out, I might do half and half method for this time only just so I can get it right and not feel rushed and then relax the other half the week later but will see how I feel. Your video was really helpful.
You saved the day dear. I wanted to know how to correct under processed hair. Thank you so much. I will take your advice. I switched to ORS from Just for me. My hair has been very dry. I have used ORS before, I think it worked better for me.
I have been waiting for this video for so long . I am texlaxed for now since 2019 september and its been a great journey . I did a this year but now following your regimen to get it to the length as its healthy again thanks to you
Thank you for this. I switched back to lye and happy to say the relaxer took very well when I did it today! Also just sharing new products I’ve used since the relaxer study: instead of s curl I use a spray I made of glycerin & distilled water and put a light moisturizer on top (super soft hair!!) & I started ‘melanin haircare’ plumping conditioner as protein/moisture mix.. it’s helping a lot with shedding.
I recently relaxed my virgin hair weeks ago. It relaxed fine (or may over processed?) on the sides and back. But the crown? 💔 mid shaft to ends, underprocessed 💔 That person swore he knew what he was doing. Also, he used a lithium based relaxer swearing it was the best. Im so frustrated and don't know what to do.
Very good video! I learned a few things that I never thought about after years of dealing with perms and growing up in a beauty salon. Thank you so much! ❤
Thanks for your help! Your video was very helpful in caring for my underprocessed hair. There were reasons my hair was underprocessed, but I figured it out, so my 2nd corrective relaxer worked.
Hi Val. New subbie & binge watching your videos. Much love 💕💕 You've been relaxing for more than a decade and must've used old(ish) relaxer jar without a problem. Could the under processing you have experienced lately be related to the bond builders you are now using making new growth resistant to relaxers? Would it be better to use bond builders on the relaxed part of the hair only?
Thanks for these tips. I took a two year break from relaxer so my new growth was already pass my shoulders and I already had really long relaxed hair prior to my two year break. However when I finally relaxed I had alot of underprocessed areas of varying textures while my roots were super straight. Overall my relax hair was to my butt when I was done but it needed a good trim. Relaxers are painful for me hence why I took the long break so idk when I'll be able to do a corrective relaxer😔. I'll be sure not to wait so long ever again. Also my mom relaxes my hair and she never uses a neutralising shampoo, and she hasn't in almost a decade, I was shocked when I read on the back of the container that you had to use one, she also wanted me to wait 20min before I washed it out while the container said 15max😬. I might need to start doing these relaxers myself.
It’s so necessary hun! A neutralizing shampoo stops the relaxer from processing further. Glad that you never suffered the side effects of not using one though.
How can you take care of over processed hair ? I’ve been relaxing my hair for years and it wasn’t until a year ago that I found out you weren’t supposed to relax all your hair…. Each time. So I have some over processed hair. What should I be doing to keep it as healthy as possible! PS I love your videos !!! Sooo helpful
Please what if the tip or the ends of ur hair still has it natural look Just the front looks really relaxed So my question is should u bring the relaxed cream to the end?
The part where you said you didn’t want to deal with your hair - and this is exactly where I’m at with my hair 😩😩 I’ve been dealing with under processed hair for months Thanks for sharing 😍
Thanks for the double dipping tip. As I use a huge jar or relaxer, I’ll keep that in mind to scoop some out next time (well I’m getting low in the jar anyway so scooping it out might help. But I’ll ensure to do that with the next jar I purchase.
Great video I'm currently dealing with with under processed hair, glad I have seen video before relaxing. Question, Do you think its OK to do a protein treatment & deep condition before shampoo on relaxer day? Your opinion
Oh my goodness, that's what happened to me; I neutralized too often! For the first time in my life my hair was under processed. But it doest have it's normal texture, has less shine, looks like I've walked in humid weather 😢 Now a hairdresser asked if I ever relaxed the whole head from root to ends, she says she does that sometimes. Is that wise to do? I'm so lost...😢
I have been relaxing my hair at home for years and for the first time I have under-processed hair and can't believe how unmanageable it is. Was it this hard to maintain my transitiong hair before?? lol. Thank you for this video, I'll have to do a corrective relaxer ASAP because I am losing so much hair every time until I've been avoiding it, haven't washed it for weeks 😢😢😢.
Thanks so much madam, I have been following your hair regimen for my daughter and I have noticed a massive improvement. Please what relaxer can be recommended for a 10 year old child with coarse hair. Noticed the just for texturizer relaxer leaves her with under processed hair.
well i still don't know, my hair is super under processed in so many different places in my hair and I'm afraid to burn the fine hair during correcting, so what should i do exactly🙂, by the way last relax session from almost 8 months
Can it also be reversed? In my case my roots are great but my ends are like my natural hair and I got my very first relaxer April 1 2023. Not even a month yet! Any tips, advice or comments? Thank you so much for your time and the information you share with us.
Peace and Love to you. I am always watching your videos. I am relaxed, but I relax bone straight because it suits my coarse hair. Have you ever thought about growing your hair tailbone length?
Hi. Imy last 2 relaxer. My hair still kinky. My ends the worse. Snap crackle pop I am so disappointed. My hair is puffy puffy day after relaxer. My hair is thick, thick,. I leave in according to time on direction. So how long after applying to keep it in my thick hair?? What your suggestion? My ends be worse. I used ors lye, regular strength, should I go higher in strength? I smooth also no better.😅
Hey Val can you do a beginner relaxer tips and haul. I plan on relaxing my hair with the lye relaxer from ors and using the no lye relaxer box kit for the shampoo, conditioner, neutralizer, hair lotion, and etc.. I’m buying the relaxer box only for the extra items not for the relaxer itself. It’s really overwhelming to have to purchase so many items to relax my hair and to maintain so can you do like a beginner relaxer video. Also do I have ti put heat in my relaxed hair. I plan on only airdrying.
Hiya, I’ve always loved your videos and bc of you, long and healthy relaxed hair is no longer a pipe dream. The last time I relaxed my hair, it looked like the picture on the “incorrect” side in the picture you showed. My ends are still kinda curly but everywhere else is smooth. What do you suggest I do to fix that? I also want to achieve more of a textured relaxer look (similar to yours) instead of a bone straight look.
this is exactly what happened to me I just got a relaxer on Wednesday the 29 the front is ok but the back isn't when I comb it hurts, I was thinking about buying another box to only do the part that's not relaxed but I'm not sure if that's a good idea, I have been crying since yesterday 🥺🥺
I used normal strength by Motions today and the 10 to 12 minutes manufacture directions (expires 5/2027 by the way) was not enough time for my low density 4C hair!!
Relaxed my hair after 9 months and didn’t realise how much hair growth I had soo I have like 4/5 inches that are not relaxed but my ends are 😭😭 I’m soo scared that my hair is going to break off
I’ve hard problem with my hair severally I don’t know what to do, I just turned relaxed hair yet is not well relaxed. Don’t know the exact relaxer to use my hair is the hard type. Just tired.
Hi I hope you see this so I am 99% natural but I made the decision to perm my hair but I currently have heat damage on my leave out ( middle ) should I grow it out before relaxing my hair?
Putting relaxer on already damaged hair is a risk. You can try to build up the hair first using Olaplex No. 0 & 3 consistently for a few wash days and assess how your hair looks and feels. But I would suggest growing it out and trimming the damage regularly before transitioning to relaxed hair. Good luck, hun💕
I relaxed my hair myself for the first time using the affirm lye relaxer 6 days ago. However, weirdly enough. I didnt have a burning sensarion. Only a tingling when I applied it to the front. (I did 15 for the back and 13 for the front) however, when rinsing time came up....my scalp ended up burning and for two day I took care of my scalp. It's ok now, however, my hair feels dried out and its still super curly mid lenght to end. And now i dont know if i should put relaxer on my ends sunday for 5 min to correct or leave as it is... I'd love to be able to do heatless styles but do to tjz hair its amways puffy. And i havent tried flat iron it yer. Scared ill realise that its really under processed and wont keep the silk press. I have no clue what to do.
My hair is mostly fine but I have 3 really stubborn parts. After a relaxer, most of my hair is straight and the other parts feel like I didn't relax at all. I use a mild relaxer. Should I move up to normal?
Thank you for the tips Hairlicious. I recently texturized my hair and I am not happy with the results. The tip of my hair has way mire texture than I expected, which makes combing difficult because my hair is matted at the tip and this has lead to breakage. Is it safe for me to relax the whole hair from the root to the tip with a regular relaxer just so I can loosen up the textured tips on my next touch up and how long should I wait before doing a corrective relaxer. Its 5 weeks now since I hot a texurizer
I just relaxed my daughter hair. She has very thick, dense, corse, long hair and it was virgin hair... However I use a regular strength relaxer and her roots took really good but her ends didn't... am wondering if it my fault because I didn't detangle her kinks out which I was told not too before hand but am upset because I have done relaxers forever on my own hairbut I did leave it in her hair for just 35mins was that long enough
Hi,am new and question is...can i brain immediately like after under processed occur or should I redo(relaxed) again.... and if yes redo how long should I waitbto redo??am asking coz I want to redo- relaxed
Happy Sunday, girl💕 I read your comments and heard your issues with under-processed hair. Hopefully these tips will help!!

Thank you so so much!!🌺
Man, you are good.
What industry are you in outside of TH-cam? Are you a cosmetologist or chemist? You always seem so knowledgeable down to the chemistry of it.
Yes, she is extremely knowledgeable about relaxers and relaxed hair. If I remember correctly, she is an attorney.
I'll take that into consideration now
I think it happened to me too!! This was a great tip!
Look at that! It's a possibility. Adjust your neutralizing routine for your next touch up and compare your results. Thanks for watching💞
I was natural and l have fine hair. I used ORS normal strength and l still have puffy textured hair. It's been 6 weeks l am considering a corrective relaxer should l go with stronger strength?
Extremely helpful- my temples became under processed during the salon closures so these tips are great.
Thank you for this update 💜 This was very informative. I'm going to use these tips to have a better relaxer session...
It was my first time relaxing my Virgin hair and I use the same relaxer and strength as you but I realize my 4c hair was just soft and wavy instead of straight girl I made most of these mistakes that you listed so thanks for the video it will help me my next relaxer session
I made the mistake by making the relaxer stay less time and neutralizing my hair longer. I had a lot of kinks. Thanks for you the tips.
Yes, it can happen. Wishing your next relaxer session to be a successful one!
@@HairliciousInc thank you. You have been a blessing.
Great tips and I will definitely continue to watch you and take notes
I never thought about the neutralizer being in too long…I noticed the bonding treatments also put texture back in GREAT VIDEO
Exactly. They all help restore the hair but you just have to know what works best for you and hair texture. Thanks for watching💕
What are bonding treatments
@@CS48293 olaplex…curlsmith has one…crème of nature It’s a pretreatment
@@SwtT-MeMe so they revert relaxers? Would you suggest avoiding them if you want the straight look?
@@CS48293 I use sparingly when I need a strengthening treatment, but I do notice it puts a lil wave in my texture (especially if I overuse) but my straight style remains…no frizz for me!
I believe I neutralized too long on my last relaxer session. My hair was smooth and straight after my application and all of it was gone after I did the 5-5-10 neutralizing step .sigh
Thank you! Very informative, i have a question... do you start your timer before applying relaxer or after entire head is coated ?
Thank you
Thank you so much. I relaxed my hair on my own lol and half of it was underprocessed but afterwards I realised that I don't want that much texture
Turns out I was texlaxed by accident lol. But my hair is too thick and unmanageable noeb
Top notch instructions and advice. So glad I found your channel during the pandemic. So much happier with my hair now or should I say my hair is happier with me 😆
Haha Happy hair happy life! Enjoy your hair, Mercedes. Thank you for watching💓
Thank you so much for making this video. I really needed this, the back half of my head is so under-processed. Will definitely be following these tips
Hope these tips help hun! I know the struggle.
Hope my tips work for you, Deborah! Yes, ORS is a great relaxer for my hair too.
@@HairliciousInc Thank you today I did an apHogee protein treatment and next week I will use the ORS. Thanks again
I have been waiting for this video for so long . I am texlaxed for now since 2019 september and its been a great journey . I did a this year but now following your regimen to get it to the length as its healthy again thanks to you
This is the perfect shade of yellow 💛💛💛 for you. Very helpful video. Hhj :)
Aww thank you so much💕
Thank you for this.
Great information. Just relaxed natural hair and under processed do I really need to wait 6 weeks.
I recently relaxed my virgin hair weeks ago. It relaxed fine (or may over processed?) on the sides and back. But the crown? 💔 mid shaft to ends, underprocessed 💔
That person swore he knew what he was doing.
Do you think it’s better to go SUPER when you have new growth and course hair? Especially after a protective style.
Hi Val. New subbie & binge watching your videos. Much love 💕💕
You've been relaxing for more than a decade and must've used old(ish) relaxer jar without a problem. Could the under processing you have experienced lately be related to the bond builders you are now using making new growth resistant to relaxers? Would it be better to use bond builders on the relaxed part of the hair only?
Overall, very informative video that I will apply next timeI do my relaxed touch up!!
Thank God cause right now my hair is underprocessed. Any info on persons with sensitivity scalp for when they are having relaxer day
Thanks for these tips.
How do you still have have on your head without using a neutrallising shampoo???
@@britjj5126 y'all are scaring me! I just didn't know they were a necessity, my mom just never used them on me.
It’s so necessary hun! A neutralizing shampoo stops the relaxer from processing further. Glad that you never suffered the side effects of not using one though.
You hair look beautiful at the showing of this video did you used a flat iron? The results are beautiful!
Hey hun. Great question. I’ll do a blog post on this and share it with the community💞
Please what if the tip or the ends of ur hair still has it natural look
Just the front looks really relaxed
So my question is should u bring the relaxed cream to the end?
Thanks for sharing.❤ Your hair is nice and healthy.
The part where you said you didn’t want to deal with your hair - and this is exactly where I’m at with my hair 😩😩 I’ve been dealing with under processed hair for months
Thanks for sharing 😍
I know the feeling! Sorry to hear you're going through it. Hopefully, you can correct and prevent the under-processed areas asap.
Thanks for the double dipping tip. As I use a huge jar or relaxer, I’ll keep that in mind to scoop some out next time (well I’m getting low in the jar anyway so scooping it out might help. But I’ll ensure to do that with the next jar I purchase.
Of course💓 It makes a difference in the long run. Diluted relaxer just ain't it!🤣 thanks for watching, Sheila.
Great video I'm currently dealing with with under processed hair, glad I have seen video before relaxing. Question, Do you think its OK to do a protein treatment & deep condition before shampoo on relaxer day? Your opinion
@Evelyn Nanyangwe- Please do your deep conditioning treatment about a week before. Do nothing to irritate your scalp on relaxer day..
I'm going through the same thing right now. My transitioning hair is breaking left and right. Now I know what's going on.
How many days do we have to wait to retry after under processed ??
Have you done anything about it? I fear i might get a professional to get it fixed for me
@@comfortadebayo-lb2ipsame what did you end up doing , it’s been 4 weeks for me and I want to get a professional to correct it
Peace and Love to you. I am always watching your videos. I am relaxed, but I relax bone straight because it suits my coarse hair. Have you ever thought about growing your hair tailbone length?
Thanks for the support, sis. Tailbone is too long! Not my thing.
Your welcome
As always, great content thank you for sharing!
Thank you, Gracie!🥰
Hiya,
I’ve always loved your videos and bc of you, long and healthy relaxed hair is no longer a pipe dream.
Thank you because I do my own relaxer
Thank you val. These are great tips🥰
Thank you, Hajia!💓
this is exactly what happened to me I just got a relaxer on Wednesday the 29 the front is ok but the back isn't when I comb it hurts, I was thinking about buying another box to only do the part that's not relaxed but I'm not sure if that's a good idea, I have been crying since yesterday 🥺🥺
I used normal strength by Motions today and the 10 to 12 minutes manufacture directions (expires 5/2027 by the way) was not enough time for my low density 4C hair!!
Can we use, relaxer on previously Keratin treated or smoothing treated Hair?
How do you style your hair while waiting 6weeks to do corrective relaxer
Can I relax again un processed hair?
What relaxer would you recommend for medium textured high density hair 😅
Do you time your relaxer from the very start of putting it in your hair or when you finish covering it with relaxer?
I want to do a corrective relaxer but I want to switch from lye to no lye can I still do a corrective relaxer. Or should I not mix
Relaxed my hair after 9 months and didn’t realise how much hair growth I had soo I have like 4/5 inches that are not relaxed but my ends are 😭😭 I’m soo scared that my hair is going to break off
Excellent tips to follow.. Thank you!! ❤
Appreciate it, Sandra!
Great tips shared dear, cos under processed hair can cos a lot and we are not looking forward to that again 🤗❤️
I’ve hard problem with my hair severally I don’t know what to do, I just turned relaxed hair yet is not well relaxed. Don’t know the exact relaxer to use my hair is the hard type. Just tired.
Watching this in November 2024!
How soon after relaxer day do correct underprocessed hair?
Love your consistency!
@@HairliciousInc Thank you so much sidebar your regimen is working wonders on my natural hair 💜
I did my roots last week and it was under processed. Never again will I base my scalp. It’s already a gentle relaxer. 👍
Oh shoot! Yeah it happens. Try to do it a couple days before or use a lighter oil on your scalp.
I tried relaxing the underprocessed hair, it still did not relax. It's so baffling to me
Did you smooth and leave the relaxer on long enough to process it?
@@HairliciousInc yes I did. I smoothed it down and left it on like I was relaxing it from the start
Do you use lye or no lye relaxer?
Okike, was the length of your hair coated with any product?
I relaxed my hair 10 weeks ago. The middle part of my hair feels very heavy and difficult to comb. What can I do to feel relaxed?
How’s your moisturizing and sealing routine going?
Hi,am new and question is...can i brain immediately like after under processed occur or should I redo(relaxed) again.... and if yes redo how long should I waitbto redo??am asking coz I want to redo- relaxed
