    Yesterday is HISTORY... tomorrow is a MYSTERY...but... today is a GIFT... that's why it's called the "PRESENT"...did y'all know that you cannot create tomorrow unless you are completely "present"??... TRUE STORY...👑😎💫

      Bro... nobody can understand what I am talking about unless you are fully "woke" and not stuck in the "matrix"...if you haven't had your spiritual awakening and transformation then you are still stuck in the "illusions" of this world... PEACE 👑😎💫

      I been journaling about this topic lately/ it’s quite interesting how we think about the present by being in the present 🤷‍♀️Sometimes, as I write I wonder if anyone is also reading this at the present moment. Focusing on one thing. Feeling whatever emotion that’s in the moment sometimes is so challenging

      Human natural instinct aware us from where fear or danger may happen so it's naturally happen to stuck with the past incidents and ruminate but the problem is the people we live with always remind of your past self past mistake nd don't let you change

      .... and your energy is a valuable resource. Use it well.

    • @chrisnnh

      The energy you use to focus on others is the energy that will take away any fear you have for yourself. My mothers version. “When you find yourself feeling afraid, or bad for yourself, go do something for someone else. You can’t do both at the same time.”

    • @PQRS4467
      @PQRS4467 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@chrisnnh Ya that's true but I think you need to rectify something in your words.Actually,focus should be on the well being of others not on what others are doing.🤗

    Thank you for the beautiful story..
    Meditation is a way of being totally aware of your thoughts, emotions and moods, without being detached with them.
    When we're watching the clouds on the sky, we don't ask to them, to be desolved, we just watching them without any expectation, or judgment.
    This the way to find our truth and serenity.
