You probably won`t read this, but if you take your hammer, (the one you knock down walls with), and hit the door to the green bedroom opposite the kitchen, something will happen. :)

I had fun with this house! I moved the kitchen over and put up walls around it as another bedroom. I also knocked out the wall on the left in the little room and had it as a dressing area for the new bedroom. The hole can be covered with a rug without any problems. I also put a door into the bathroom so it was accessible from both bedrooms. In the bedroom with the sliding doors, I put a huge dresser in front of the doors for privacy. I hated the idea of patio doors with no curtains in a bedroom! I made the small green painted room in the front of the house into an office/library which looked very nice. This was fun to decorate also! I made a killing on it when I sold it, too! Nice video and I'm really wondering what sort of "color" you will be using in this house...
I've been wanting to restart (for the THIRD time) specifically so I can mess with this house. It has so much potential and with the new plumbing installation update, that house would be a fookin treasure.
You are so right! I has a ton of potential compared to a lot of the weirdly designed homes that are offered. Have fun!!
You could remove the door to the tiny Room, make a new door om to the master bedroom, and make it in to a Walk in closet.
I suggest when you buy a house, go through and sell EVERYTHING. Have a perfectly clean, empty house to work with. And if you really want some freedom, tear down ALL of the walls as well and design the house as you want.
Also, when destroying walls: all you have to do is hit each pillar of wall ONCE and the entire thing will eventually despawn. You're wasting your time hitting the same pillar of wall over and over again.
I made that little pit room into a sauna. .fit the sauna heater of the pit and worked out well
There are a few houses with mystery rooms like this one with valuable items you cam sell for tons of money or other cool features
Washer Hookup plus Bathroom sink plumbing in a room = Laundry room. They pay more if the rooms are labeled in the mini map. i.e. family room, bedroom, office etc.
Turn the blue bathroom into the ensuite bathroom and turn the super small room and old ensuite into another room!!!! Maybe even push into the garage a little if u can to make the blue bathroom a bit bigger!

Yes! Take the safe room and add it to the on-suite bathroom, then he could take some of the space from the existing on-suite and make the master room a little bigger.

I personally love the grey and white, might be bias as my decor is the same lol. Decorations is how we keep it feeling homey and not too modern. Better than the greenhorn portuguese vibe my family loves lmao. Love the series beef.
That is 100% the house from Breaking Bad. Looks just like it and it was previously owned by a chemist and his wife an accountant. The pink stuffed animal in the pool. And it even has Walt's stash of money. Hamburgberg = Hiesenburg? AND PIZZA ON THE ROOF? This is hilarious. Nice easter egg.

Coming in late, but I made a small sauna in the money room, and put the hot rocks over the open space in the floor.
Make that small room a walk in closet or combine it with the master bathroom

@vintagebeef You could create a custom texture for an accent wall by using a picture. Paint the wall the same color as the rest of the room or paint it like a color in your custom poster. Use the wall paint like a big frame around your "accent texture" poster(s).
Destroy the wall between the little room with the hole and the master bed room so it’s all connected and you can have the office space in the master. (Aslo getting rid of the door the little room has leading to the hall)
Or knock the wall to the left going to the kitchen out then clean up the hallway wall for the little room
I turned that little room with the pit into a walk in closet for the master bedroom.

move the kitchen over and add a 3rd bedroom where the kitchen is.
In Heisenberg's house, I would wall up the door in the hallway, and convert that room and the master bathroom into a bathroom with a walk-in closet.
We have a very similar building style because I'm a huge fan of modern/white/clean too.
Hi beef, with the new build you could combine the office and en suite to make a bigger bathroom, turn the kitchen into another bedroom which could possibly put more profit on the house, and the lounge is big enough to have a kitchen and an island . . . just a thought to help you maximise profit :-)
Knock down left wall in little room and the hallway wall and you can put the stove ect ove in that stretch then make a rec room out of half the old kitchen dining area
BEEF, both the master and on-suite can be expanded.
But, at the expense of losing the "office". Finish tearing down the wall between the bathroom and office to make a bigger bathroom. Then flatten the wall in the bedroom, top make it bigger too.
Also, the other bathroom could be pushed into the garage.

I hope they add more content to this game in the future. Its too limited atm.
I can totally see some idiots getting this game, then thinking to themselves, "I am a House Flipper master! I can do this!", then convinces someone to finance the purchase of a property, then they think to themselves, "OMG! This is nothing like the game! This is like WORK, and stuff!".
Kinda like those CoD warriors who think they're badasses in RL because they have a 50:1 K:D ratio in CoD. Then they're handed a real rifle on the range, fire it (improperly), and spaz like a little sissy and drop it on the ground while screeching.

if i designed a modern house, i would use different type of greys going with white, dark grey goes well with white
How about walling off the kitchen to make it a 3rd bedroom or larger office.
Have a long living/kitchen/dining room like the last house. Open concept and it solves the ensuite/office dilemma
Id add the small room (btw i think its a closet) onto the bathroom, but a bath in the area
I'd use the small room in front of the entryway as an open kitchen. Maybe knock down the wall to the garage to make it a bit bigger. Then I'd make a master bedroom where the sliding doors are on the left side of the house (looking from the entryway) and put a big bathroom opposite to it in the front of the house. Knock the other walls down and make it a livingroom and where the blue bathroom is, make a childs bedroom (or even a sauna or something).
Oh yeah, and like everyone else is saying; go watch Breaking Bad ;-)

Block up the hallway door and make the bathroom bigger. Then push back the old bathroom wall and make the bedroom bigger.
