I think a great addition to the game would be to be able to resize a carpet upon placing it. Also, adding a table cloth on tables would be nice too. Thoughts?

I got rid of all the radiator fixtures in the houses I'm flipping. I'm just assuming there is central heating/cooling. Without those annoying fixtures I'm able to put things pretty much where I want to. And it doesn't affect the sale of the homes. So everyone, get rid of the radiators!! :-) (Except for the towel radiator in the bathroom!)

beef you need to put the little wall pieces on the cieling to seperate the rooms ifyou wanna control lights seperately.
Turn the small room into a walk-in closet or add it on to the bathroom for more square footage
Beef using the lintel walls between rooms allows you to control the lights individually for each room. That way one switch doesn't run all the lights in 3 different rooms
Who is complaining about white and Grey?! thats what’s in style .
here's something that'll be a huge challenge for you: avoid using anything white or grey when other options are available. not even white or grey nuances are allowed (mean NO light creme or eggshell colour as both of those are grey nuances). white and grey have been done to death by everyone and their parents

On your next house, you should not use any white at all. Try to use some warmer colors

You can kind of tell a carpets size by it's price. The more expensive the bigger it is. The same with paintings and pictures
hey colors is good 99% o the time every thing is white so the homeowner can pick there own
try a dark blue for the hall, itll contrast the orange very well
i wish they would make more carpet colors cause a trick you can do if you want a big looking rug is make a section of floor carpet instead of wood

Something I've never understood IRL is people who buy a house with brand new kitchen and bathroom to then rip it out and put in a new kitchen and bathroom
when u put fire in the midden of the room, u know something bad are going to happen soon or later
you can put a half wall. it's the option just left of the wall you use. forgot what it's called but it's a half wall kinda. like you would put above an opening but I don't know if you can put it on the floor instead and maybe even stack them but I never seen anyone try it and I don't have the game to try it myself but it would be worth trying I think especially if it works.
No those are just for putting over the doorway. they don't work any other way. (if you get the game) . I have flipped all the houses and am on my second time around. New ideas, it's fun.

Does floor tiles/floor panels have carpet things? It seems the carpet menu is more rugs, if the floor panels work like the tiles and look like a carpet you could make it the size you need easily

I just get rid of the all rad mountings and it doesn't affect the sale of the houses at all.
People that put hard wood floors in kitchens are asking for trouble. Anywhere you have moisture in a home, bacteria and viruses will breed (wood floors are excellent for this nasty breeding due to the porous nature of wood.) Sealing with urethane is fine, but heavy foot traffic in kitchens is common and won't keep it at bay for long. This is why linoleum, ceramic, gypsum even cement floors are used. I live in a very old house (over 120 years) and who knows the microscopic critters that could be between the cracks in these hardwood floors (when are the same that they use on basketball courts.)

Most modern wood floors aren't porous.
We've had hickory floors in the kitchen for over 20 years without any problems at all. They aren't sealed and have been wet and they dry very quickly. I think you are being a bit over-the-top when it comes to "bacteria and viruses" in wooden floors. Moping with a damp mop of vinegar and water (what we were told is best for wood floors) will take care of most germs and dirt. I wouldn't worry about hard wood floors in the kitchen one bit.
They have this stuff out called luxury vinyl tile aka lvt it looks like wood and has some texture to it as well but is totally waterproof! I just had it installed inside my house and I love it! I can even mop it.
agree. But you should definitely add laminate to your list. Durable and easy to replace if it does get messed up. ^-^

Hardly. There are special adhesive sheets that you can put under carpets that keep them from slipping. We have that in our kitchen where I put a long runner in front of the sink and cabinets. It doesn't budge an inch and isn't a tripping hazard.
A lot of homes I go into have carpets in front of the kitchen sink. My home does.

No sane person trying to flip a house would put crazy colors in the house like orange. You own the house, but the house isn't for you. That's why intelligent people who renovate homes stick to shades of neutral colors like grey, beige, white, etc. You appeal to many more people that way, and if they want pops of color, the new owner can choose colors that appeal to THEM.
No one is going to furnish a house either since furniture style is as subjective as the color of the walls. Those items should be chosen from a staging props section rather than purchasing furniture outright. That makes zero sense.
It is just a game. But I agree the title of the game is a little off

It is actually different. Beef's Internet handle is "VintageBeef". His real world name is "Daniel". You are dealing with him in confines of the Internet so you should use his Internet handle, or an acceptable nickname based off it. If you know him in the real world it becomes more acceptable to use his real world name, but context is king when dealing with social interactions.
EX: I have formed friendships outside of the work environment with many of my co-workers and I most commonly call them by their first names or nicknames. That said, At meetings or when I send them a work related e-mail from my work account to their work account I use their appropriate title {Mr., Ms., Dr., etc.} and their last names. Additionally, I sign my e-mails with my full given name {instead of just "Mike"}.
