    The gps return works very well as long as you don’t set the return too far (it does land if you do it correctly)

    When I have a remote control with a holder that's too small, I'll usually just zip tie my phone to my wrist. The zip tie goes across the phone screen but you can still get around it. Better than nothing.

      Good solution, rubber bands could work too. 🤓

      I ended up using a a girls hairtie, but that does account for the companies continued run around emails, shortfalls, and excuses of making a controller that fits every sized phone

    did you ever find a solution for your heavy phone? I got this for xmas from the wife and flew it two days in a row. My phone also is way to big and heavy for the controller but tough to see what direction drone is flying when you get a little distance. It's a lot of fun but probably be much better if i had the phone view as well instead of just visually watching it!

    Waiting for mine ..BEGINNER HERE …. stupid question…do you have to go threw CALIBRATION , WiFi and GPS every time I-use or change batteries ?

    • @DadRandom
      @DadRandom  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, you should calibrate every flight and most drones come with 2 battery’s.

      I wish they would make a 30 or 40 minute battery for the HS110G .i love mine but the 13 minute battery is not enough especially if your fighting wind and it will .the first time I flew mine in 10 to 13 mile an hour winds I was shocked I have 8 other drones and none of them did what this one did ,it tucked its head and held steady the wing did not move it a bit .great Drone !!!

    Been trying to be rational with Holystone tech support. After so far at least a half dozen emails, not impressed. Only owned this model for a few days, maybe a week and already having to replace one motor. Not to mention, gotten no solution to my phone not fitting into the remote mount....@noteveryoneownsaniphone

      Also on a side note, called tech support at a reasonable time during the day and went right to voicemail and an automated message about 10:30 that night got a call back number that I didn't recognize let it go to voicemail and come to find out it was their tech support calling me back what country are you really calling from when their website states that they have an office in the US????? Truly not impressed with this product

      Rubber bands, the phone mount in my video, I tell everybody that I don’t use it. It’s just net strong enough to hold a heavy phone. As far as motors. These are brushless motors. Rare for one to go out. The brushed motors go out all of the time, but only if they are stressed. The brushless motors are really tough. Could be a bad esc. Motor speed controller
