This video is excellent in terms of briefly describing the overall examinations done to detect cancer. I hesitate to make long comments but since your videos are so enriched with such great details, i find myself obligated to do so 😄. First it's fascinating how during exfoliative cytology, the cells are easily sloughed of as if they are very loosely attached to the basement membrane and second during interventional cytology how does the physician can assure that he has reached the specific area where the lesion is located even sometimes without the ultrasonographic aid i.e. is it just according to the sensation of penetrating a hard lump such in case of breast mass ? And lastly sir maybe along the road is it possible to upload a video regarding molecular and FISH testing since this is a field of its own for example like when the marker Her 2 is ordered immunohistochemically and later when the result came as non definitive or equivocal they subsequently order it as a FISH test to determine its expressibility, so to speak, and others.
Thank you 😊 please feel to comment..I don't mind any length 😄 As you said, it is the "feel" of the lump too which ensures that the needle is in the lesion..also, one will hold the lump and "fix" it ಆ the procedure is being done,so that you don't miss the lesion...
Good morning sir, First of all i want to thank you for making these free contents for students😊 It's really helpful thankyou. Also, Sir can you please suggest a book (PDF) for cancer pathology?
