Be sure to watch this video before you install the seal. It is very clear and helpful.
I just installed this seal on my garage floor. Installation was as simple as the video shows it to be.
One word of caution, if you are compulsive, as I am. The video tells you lay the seal on the floor and press it up against the closed garage door, as tight as it will go, which I did. If your garage floor has an sag in it, as mine does in the middle of the floor, the seal will go farther under the door at the low point than at the rest of the floor. I did not realize this until after I had finished the installation process and walked outside to look at the closed garage door. I could see a couple of feet of the seal about half an inch or more outside the garage door in the center of the floor. When I opened the door the next day and looked carefully, I could see that the seal was not completely straight across the floor. I don't expect this will hinder the effectiveness of the seal at keeping rainwater from leaking into my garage (which was the reason I bought the seal). But, it is noticeable when the garage door is closed.
A simple way to avoid this would be to go outside and look at the bottom of the garage door, after you have pushed the seal against the door but before you mark the lines and lay down the adhesive. If you see any of the seal outside, just push it back in under the door. As long as your garage door is straight, then this will result in the seal lying straight across the floor. Then go ahead and draw your lines and lay down the adhesive.

I installed this product and it stopped all the water leaks under garage door seal. Installed in 1/2 hr and it performs fantastic. Liquid nails was a easy application and they include a caulking gun. I highly recommend this product

Use blue painters tape on the borders. Liquid nails overrun is not easy to clean up

It would have been helpful if you explained what "reverse roll" is. Do you mean take what was the outside of the roll and make it the inside of the roll?
Why would you clean the floor and then put the dirty garage door back down over what you cleaned? Mention cleaning the bottom to the garage door as well.

And what if your garage is properly sloped to drain water out of garage to driveway? Wouldn't this block that from happing and rather direct water to the outer edges of the door opening allowing it to collect where the stud wall meets the garage foundation? I pressure clean my garage each year. Wouldn't this product hinder my ability to easily do that?

If your garage floor is sloped, why are you having ingress of water?

How is this any different than every other threshold seals? Same profile, same material... same thing but more expensive because its got some fancy name and any garage threshold if the concrete grading is wrong and water collects outside the door it will still get inside the garage through the sides ...

lol he trims the end, and there is like a 2cm gap between the seal and the door frame. yet states to get it as tight as possible

Will this work for a door with an uneven gap? One side has a 2inch gap, the other has a 1 inch gap.

➡IMPORTANT⚠ Before cutting the rubber seal at the “inside” of the tracks, look to see if there is a good tight fit. You may want to measure to the OUTSIDE edges of the left & right tracks to prevent water from coming in at the two ends of the garage door.
After watching the video I see there is a PROBLEM that should be corrected. The audio said to install the seal {between} the metal tracks. This is incorrect and creates a PROBLEM. Water can get between the house frame and the door coming in on each side near the tracks when the garage door is closed.

The instructions included with mine say for a roll up sectional door, go against the tracks. For a folding hinge type, go against the door jamb frames.

Can you use this with the seal already on the bottom of the door? Also, why not open the door instead of forcing it under the door?
