Thank you Dr. I wasnin the assumption my kidney Dr would recpmmend kidney transplat at some point during the dyalisis process. Im at 35% and will ask on my next visit to help me start the process. Thanks for the headsup
I am an RN new to ICHD-3 months only. Ir seems like it could be helpful to have a day or 2 a year where you can have some of the simple and tasty recipes available to “taste test” for the dialysis pts. Many of the guys c/o “rabbit food” . Even if you keep it simple for taste test or “samples” day like, for example, smoothies. Something like what Costco does . I am sure it’s easier said than done, but the pts are already overwhelmed with all their drs appointments, and then to add special diet is close to impossible yet so important
I am watching all your videos...My GP did not help me for a year and a half...it has really jeopardised my future...Had Heart attack and the Multiple Bypass...Now on Dialysis...and everything happened quickly. ...so Education very important...
Great information shared. Thank you
